We used Krystal Group for our Sikh wedding reception in June 2025. We were delighted with the service that was provided and the outcome. The decor looked stunning and we received a lot of compliments about the decor. A special mention for Amy. We had regular contact with Amy. She was amazing. She listened to what we wanted, always came up with different alternatives and you knew that she had your best interests at heart. Amy went above and beyond her role and created a day that we would never forget. The only downside was that we could not meet Amy on the day of our reception to thank her. I would wholeheartedly recommend Krystal Group and Amy.

Krystal were absolutely amazing from start to finish when doing my wedding. I was regularly in touch with Amy and she was always updating me with changes/ideas/suggestions etc. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she made the whole process so easy. On the day they delivered even more than we expected and smashed the decoration at the wedding as well as reception. I couldn’t have chosen a better supplier!

Amy and the Krystal Team were absolutely incredible! my Wife and I recently got our photos back and were so incredibly stunned when we re-lived how the decor came out. The Team went above and beyond the team went to make our big day possible. We had the pleasure of working with Krystals Group for our wedding décor, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Amy and the team were fantastic throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent – always attentive, responsive, and accommodating, even when we made changes right up until close to the event. They truly brought our vision to life – the setup was elegant, beautifully detailed, and created such a stunning atmosphere for both the ceremony and reception. We used Krystal Group after being recommended them by our Venue, Ladywood Estate, and we were blown away by their decor! We had a traditional English wedding followed by an Indian reception, so we wanted simple white florals with green foliage for the entire day originally, but when we were shown around the Krystal warehouse at our first meeting our ideas changed when we saw the beautiful decor options and huge range of colours of the flowers available! We’d really recommend seeing everything in person as their collection is extensive and it filled us with inspiration for our decor! We worked with Amy who was very responsive and at our in person meetings she helped to put together the vision for our special day. We decided to add a peacock theme to the reception after the simplicity of the wedding decor and a subtle blue to the florals which worked beautifully. Amy just seemed to understand the vibe and created such a beautiful display! We also took Amy’s recommendation to add up lighting to the venue through our DJ which definitely transformed it, again showing that she knows exactly what she’s talking about! We were kept up to date with the plans and new ideas for our day and the process was stress free and we felt like we were in good hands! The decor was even better in person than we had imagined and it was so amazing to see it all come together on the day! We cannot recommend them enough!
