Ozzy James Events

Fantastic from start to finish! Great communication including a call a few days before to confirm how they would stage the decor and put my mind at ease. We had so many compliments on the staging, especially the vinyl writing on the dance floor. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else for weddings/parties. Absolutely beautiful decor.

I’d highly recommend Ozzy James Events (Jack). We first used Jack’s services for our wedding at West Tower last year, and had no hesitation in booking him again for my recent birthday party at The Lake House, Waterloo. On both occasions, he provided the light-up letters, sparkly dance floor, and the magic selfie mirror, and the service was absolutely fantastic throughout. Everything was set up perfectly, looked amazing, and really helped create a special atmosphere for both events. Jack was reliable, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. His attention to detail and quality of service really stood out, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make their event extra special.

Very Disappointing Experience with Ozzy James’ Selfie Pod After seeing so many positive reviews and getting a great impression at the West Tower open day, we expected a much better service than what we received from Jack. Unfortunately, the selfie pod fell far below what was promised. He told us the photos would have a high‑quality background and something personalised to show it was our wedding but the images were extremely low quality, the background looked cheap, and the booth itself wasn’t user‑friendly at all. To make matters worse, communication after the wedding was poor. We got in touch by email 22nd July, and despite chasing, we didn’t hear anything until 10th August. The link we were finally sent only lasts three days before all photos disappear, meaning you have to contact them again just to regain access. Overall, the service didn’t match the expectations set, and we wouldn’t recommend the selfie pod based on our experience.

Thank you so much for our amazing wedding floral arches for our barn wedding. Jack and the team were excellent at communicating from the start and made us feel relaxed that we were in safe hands! Jack gave me a call the week of the wedding to confirm everything which was much appreciated! We couldn't have asked for a better backdrop for our photos and they had so many compliments and selfies near them! We would highly recommend! X

Thank you so much to Jack and the team for our amazing wedding decor / floral arches on our wedding day. The room looked truly breathtaking. The company is very reliable and rang us the week of the wedding a couple of times to confirm everything and asked if we were still happy with what we had chosen. Would highly recommend ☺️
