We had an amazing experience with Ace Celebrations! They created a beautiful balloon setup for our newborn baby, and everything was done incredibly quickly and professionally. From the very beginning, communication was excellent — they replied immediately and provided several design and color options within a very short time, even though I contacted them only 3 days before the event. The installation itself took only around 2 hours, and the team was very careful and professional throughout the process, always communicating clearly and asking for permission before using anything like adhesive for the setup. Everything went smoothly from the moment I first reached out to them. The quality, attention to detail, speed, and customer service were all outstanding. Excellent service delivery, time management, and very good presentation skills. Both ladies were adaptable and resilient to their surroundings, and towards me when doing their decor installation. They’ve guaranteed their moneys worth and I am hoping to manifest their positivity and understanding at the shortest or most convenience of time. They have truly gone beyond their words, and have looked out for me. Most of all we exchanged mutual trust and they delivered spontaneously within more or less 24 hours.
