DJ Bukky

Bukky was an overall great DJ for our wedding at Trinity Buoy Wharf. He was genuinely accommodating from the start. In fact, he initially recommended another DJ to us who fit better with our budget, but when that DJ pulled out a few months before the wedding, Bukky stepped in without hesitation. He was great at reading a really multicultural room. We had guests from Spain, Brazil, England, Italy, Kenya and all over the world, and he managed the music brilliantly to keep everyone engaged. Really professional to work with.

We hired DJ Bukky to provide the music for our 15th wedding anniversary and were very happy with him. He is a brilliant communicator, pre-event, at the event and also post event. We found him very open to any musical wishes we had and he managed the energy on the night very well, providing music that enabled conversation at the start of the night to then getting everyone dancing as the night progressed. He managed to flex between musical styles of a pretty diverse crowd and showed up in good time, accommodating requests on the night, all with a smile on his face. Would work with him again happily!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ than Bukky for our wedding. From start to finish, he was an absolute professional—arriving on time, set up seamlessly, and completely in control of the atmosphere all night. What really stood out was how well he understood exactly what we wanted. Every song felt right, and he kept the dance floor full all evening. Highly recommended for multicultural weddings! We had a fantastic experience with DJ Bukky - he understood our needs perfectly and pulled off an epic evening reception mixing through an eclectic range of genres, and a dedicated Gujarati Indian folk dancing section. He read the mood and vibe of the room perfectly and made sure the dance floor was the place to be the whole evening!

We had 2 calls prior to the day to get an understanding of what vibe we were after and he delivered the perfect set. On the day he was super responsive with messages, coordinating guests over the mic for me and my wife’s arrival to the reception.
