Platinum Ace Events Limited

We had such a great experience with the production team. From the beginning, they were professional, accommodating and really took the time to understand our vision and what we wanted to achieve for our wedding day. We experienced a few setbacks due to circumstances completely outside of their control, including a last-minute change of venue. Unfortunately, this meant that some elements of the original package we had booked could no longer be delivered in the same way. However, the team were incredibly flexible and worked with us to adapt the package, making sure we still received the value and overall vision we had hoped for. On the day, the team were fantastic — professional, organised and punctual. They arrived on time, completed the setup seamlessly and handled the pack-down without any issues or complaints. Everything came together beautifully, and we are so thankful for the way they adapted to the circumstances and remained committed to delivering for us. Their professionalism and flexibility made such a difference, and we would absolutely recommend them. ❤️

We’ve worked with platinum Ace on a number of events and honestly there’s no words to describe their professionalism and customer service. As a decorator/florist, they are the only company that I use for our clients in terms of production. From weddings to birthday celebrations, they always come up with concepts that complements our designs. They are very responsive and the quality of their product is top notch. They’ve definitely been a game changer in the industry and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and dedicated production company for their events.

As a wedding/events planner it's so important for us to work with supplier we trust, who get the vision we are looking for, for our clients. We've working on over half a dozen weddings with Platinum Ace and our most recent was during the pandemic before the second lockdown in Sept 2020. We had planned an event for 250 guests and now we only had 26 guests attending and had a change of venue, we only had two weeks to do it all. Platinum Ace put their best foot forward, attended a site visit and on the wedding day supplied us with a custom gloss white dance floor with gold decal, a custom DJ booth, gloss white stage, low fog & indoor sparklers (for the couples first dance) and carpeted the venue floor in white. Our bride & groom and guests were blow away with the finished look. The platinum Ace team were professional and ensured they followed social distancing rules throughout, as well as ensuring that the setup was done in a timely manner. Platinum Ace did our dancefloor, staging and DJ booth wrap, as well as provided an A0 seating chart. Everything was exactly as expected, it all looked wonderful on the day. Each team member I dealt with was very polite, helpful and accommodating. Shantel in the print department was especially great, with her attention to detail. Thank you to all the team for the perfect execution of what we wanted. Some of our other vendors mentioned that you were one of the best companies for production, and you absolutely delivered. Thanks again, From D&G

I was promised so much for my wedding but sadly they did not deliver. I would be careful using platinum ace unless everything agreed is clearly contracted. They spelt my wife’s name incorrectly during the reception which went down terribly with my parent in-laws. I suspect they had pre loaded a playlist instead of DJing during the wedding reception party! When requested a refund for part of the day I was denied and met with an aggressive attitude and lack of sympathy. Do not use platinum ace!

Absolutely amazing team and service from when I booked platinum Ace events it was a perfect fit. Being a Wedding & Event planner and planning my own wedding i had to trust that the vendors would execute my vision to how I had planned it. And platinum Ace Events delivered above and beyond my wedding would not have been the same without them I knew from when I spoke to the team I was in amazing hands. They are extremely professional their attention to details is immaculate and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and working with them. Any brides planning a wedding I would highly recommend you book platnium Ace Events

My wedding was just one week ago today & I used Platinum Ace service for quite a few things; stage, dance floor, smoke machine & indoor fireworks. Couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Even when we were having difficulties with our venue to allow the smoke machine to take place. Plaintum Ace helped us to make sure we got to use this for our big day! I wish I had an another event to book them for! Thank you for such a great service!!
