Richer Sounds, London Southgate

I went in with the family to enquire about a new television. Going to richer sounds is such a stress free way of making a big tech purchase decision, you walk in with questions and can discuss them with really knowledgeable experts. Dan was super helpful without ever feeling like we were being pressured. He was happy to talk about the different options like OLED, QLED, frameTVs etc always guided by our requirements. We weren't planning to buy but ended up so happy that the recommended product aligned exactly to what we wanted that we ended up walking away with a new TV. That's the other thing about richer sounds, you know they are priced competitively and products come with 6yr guarantee (and often free extras). A happy family experience shopping together and coming away with the exact right TV for us. Thanks Dan!

I went there to get a cable and used photos of my sound system to help them know which cable I needed. They were amazing, you can tell they know all about what they are selling. The guy was really nice. The cable was exactly what I needed and worked perfectly. I highly recommend them

Visited this store several times and have always had excellent service. Most recently I needed some help with an AVR and spoke with Dan quite a few times, he gave me great advice and helped me pick the perfect unit for my needs. I asked him a lot of questions along the way and he was able to answer everything and give extra recommendations on how to setup my home theater. Dan I really appreciate your help and knowledge! I'll certainly be coming back! Will need a new TV soon!

Richer Sounds (generally) and Southgate in particular offer a couple of things their competitors don’t …which are exceptional personalised service, with a 6 yr warranty. You can always judge a firm by the way they handle things when things don't go to plan and Mac was absolutely superb, staying behind in store by over an hour and pulling out all the stops to make it a great customer experience. The staff at the store were genuinely hard working and know the value of customer service. Ali the manager tried very hard last minute to guide me through choices and to set up different speakers in store for me to try. Dan was extremely helpful over the phone making purchases, helping with advice and discounts, and even loaded my car! You could not ask for more exemplary customer service.

I Ordered my very 1st Rel today: a T5X with Dan at Richer Sounds Southgate LONDON. Expert advice given and cannot be happier ! Finnaly my home Hi-Fi is taking shape. I have no complaints about the staff and customer support from this store. I had been experiencing headaches and eye strain issues for a few months and long store short, it ended up being the Samsung Neo Qled which I purchased online. The online customer service was appalling and basically said that there was nothing they could do but when I went into this store, I received the completely opposite treatment. I walked into the store and was prepared to pay out for a brand new TV but after explaining my issues to Mak, he talked me out of it and advised me to try adjusting a few settings on the TV and call him back for an update - Unfortunately these adjustments didn't work. Mak was genuinely gutted for me and managed to exchange the Samsung TV for a different make/model at a reasonable trade in price without any additional inconvenience. Honestly I can't thank Mak and the Store manager that helped me bring the TV into the store from my vehicle earlier today. Customer service as it should be and I hope your online customer support team take note of this comment. Thanks again for your help!
