Sound in the City

We booked Sound in the City for our wedding, in Ramsgate. I contacted them via the website, and Paul got back to me quite quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was also pleased with the price package. The day before the wedding, I had a call from Paul to confirm everything, which was very reassuring. On the day of the wedding, Paulo arrived at the venue on time. He set up the equipment and performed a test with me before leaving. The next day, he arrived in the allocated time slot to collect the equipment. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and approachable, which made us feel comfortable and confident in their service. Overall, very pleased with how easy it was to book and how great it looked on the day. Would definitely recommend them for your event, as their straightforward process and reliable service made everything stress-free.

I used Sound and the City for a work event and was very impressed with their service. The booking process was straightforward and the communication throughout was great. Paul and the team were brilliant and easy to work with. We would definitely work with them again, thank you!

The communication and support from Paul and the team were outstanding throughout the entire process. Everything was handled efficiently and seamlessly, which made ordering a screen a genuinely pleasant experience — something that can often feel chaotic and stressful. If we have another event in London, I would be more than happy to order from them again 🙂

We were so impressed with Sound in the City and couldn't fault a thing from start to finish! Paul took the time to understand our needs, offering a tailored package for our event at a really reasonable rate which made our conference run beautifully on the day. Paul & his team were a joy to work with and we will definitely be using them again in future. Thank you again!

We would highly recommend Sound in the City. We hired a 55 inch TV to be delivered, set up and then collected after to a restaurant for a business lunch/presentation. It all went without a hitch, Paul's response was always quick, they were on time and we could not fault them. Thank you - fantastic company.
