Every visit has been wonderful, the food naturally is flawless, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The staff are so thoughtful and attentive but not overbearing, somehow they have struck the balance perfectly. Its the most comfortable place in Manchester for a gorgeous meal in style

Absolutely sensational ! The ambience of the place incredible it’s called Grand Pacific for a reason the building is gorgeous gothic & very grand. You walk up the grand staircase where you get a great welcome from the staff that will take your coat if you want them to. It’s so luxurious! I took my mother for her birthday & it was such a treat we will definitely be returning she wants to try everything on the menu now. We ordered cocktails & our server pointed us to the happy hour menu which is until 7pm saving us so more cash on the 1st cocktails the food came out beautifully everything looked like a master piece including our cocktails! They also do sunday roasts here definitely goin to come back & try this they have vegan, vegetarian options & have allergy information. Because was my mother’s birthday they also came over with a dessert & the sauce read happy Birthday they really do look after you here, I would definitely recommend coming grand Pacific is just magical

Finally had my first experience of Sunday lunch at Grand Pacific. Although the most expensive Sunday roast I’ve ever had at £26 (May 2026) the food, atmosphere and service (thanks Nieve) were fantastic. The atmosphere was like being in Bridgerton with live modern music in a classical style. The dining room itself is impressive having seen it used in TV dramas and reality TV I was stunned when I walked in how amazing it is! The meat is carved at your table, good vegetarian options too. Decent selection of vegetables & plenty of Gravy!!! I would put this well on par with The Ivy but as you may notice only four stars and not five. The reason is down to the Men’s Loos. Disappointing for a restaurant of this calibre to have a loose toilet seat in one cubicle and a urinal taped up and out of service. Also no hand cream in the Men’s loos only in the Ladies apparently? Bit sexist if you ask me. At The Ivy, Mollies, King Street Tavern and many other decent restaurants they have luxury liquid soap & hand cream in both the men’s & ladies Loos! Think you have dropped the ball on your Men’s loos! Put things right fix the faulty urinal and dodgy toilet seat - give men some hand cream then you would get Five stars from me!

What a wonderful place to enjoy good food. We really enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We were well looked after by our waiter and never felt rushed – there was just the right amount of time between courses. The décor had a sense of tasteful opulence, really lovely and adding to the overall experience. The food was excellent: tasty, well prepared, and beautifully presented. I had the fish and chips, and the batter was outstanding. We went at 12:00 lunchtime, which seemed a great time to visit. It was fairly quiet at first and then got busier as the afternoon went on, which suited us perfectly. I’d happily recommend Grand Pacific to anyone looking for a relaxed dining experience with great service, delicious food, and beautiful surroundings. Going around midday is especially nice if you prefer a calmer atmosphere. Thanks to the team for a great experience.

We are so happy we chose Grand Pacific to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday meal with our family and friends. Thank you to the events Manager and all the events team including the waiter staff for making the day run smoothly for us. We received high level service. We booked out the private hire room with two tables in the room to hold a party of 28. The table was set by the team and we were able to drop off the extra personalised trimming we wanted to add for the team to dress the table. This was such a big help for us so we really appreciate all the time and effort that went into this and it looked beautiful. We had had the events Manager who was amazing, secured our bookings, was in constant communication with us start to end and throughout the event, provided the menu choices and ensured these were correct for all our guest. The menu had a starter, main and desert for all our guest to have what they wanted. The table service on the night was to a high standard, orders were correct, the food was packed with flavour and had so many compliments on the food cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. Drinks flowed smoothly throughout the evening whilst we ate our meals. We felt relaxed and not rushed it was just a beautiful evening and we were well looked after. We started the meal with warm bread that melted in our mouth and great choice. We all had an amazing time. Highly recommend holding any special events at Grand Pacific one of the best decisions you will make. My sister loved her Special day and we couldn't have done this without the support of you all so thank you so much. Look forward to coming back to dine with you all again soon xx
