Duke of Clarence

Wonderful Mothers Day visit to the Duke of Clarence today. Food was excellent, all Sunday roasts. Very nice indeed. Nachos to start were also fantastic and the puddings were the star! Delicious. Big shout out for the staff who were all very attentive, particularly Alex who was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. Loved it!

Our server and service was lovely, she was very attentive and on the ball. Drinks were lovely ( 2 iced caramel lattes and a small white wine). The downside to the lunch was that the meal I had (steak wrap) was very under-welcoming for paying near on £20 for the wrap that didn’t include a drink the wrap is what I would consider empty something I’d make from minimal leftovers in the fridge. There was nothing too it. Again not our servers fault but something I was very much not impressed with. The other guests liked their meals so not a loose for everyone. But certainly something that should be looked at. Again thank you to our lovely server! We went at lunchtime.

It is a nice set up venue, but that's it. Masively overpriced and service not great. That burger on the picture was 16 quid, and they didn't even boder to put anything that a patty amd a leave of lettuce. Will never come back.

Food was well priced. Full English came without black pudding and stacked on top of a bit of bread which was odd. But everything tasted good. Service was great, very friendly and turned the music down when asked. Top boozer

1st time visit to Marlow & this venue. Early afternoon on a Tuesday for a late lunch so was nice & quiet. Staff very helpful & friendly. Food very good. Toilets immaculate. Nice seating arrangements.

The Duke of Clarence pub on Marlow High Street is a large open and spacious venue. Plenty of seating with booths and round tables and a decked beer garden out the back with even more space. Also a bar in the back garden. I went on a Sunday in January and it was very quiet but friends we were with have been often and said it gets rammed. Nice place and definitely going back next month on a Saturday to see just how busy and lively it gets. Bar staff were polite and friendly. Good vibe.

Great atmosphere, quick service, comfy booths and other types of tables. Has AC inside on a hot day and a nice cozy garden at the back of the house. Fresh food made to order, good variety of dishes on the menu a sn generally priced ok for Marlow high Street
