Ingram AV

Ingram AV has provided a complete AV and stage service for the Cumbria Food Awards for the last three years and we have already booked them for 2027. We can't say enough good things about this firm, Jonnny Rothwell and the team. They are reliable, flexible, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile, whether that's working to a very tight set-up schedule or adding in a last minute film. The music and announcements are perfect and they ensure that our multi media slideshow presentation runs without hitch. Creatively, they have brought a fresh approach to our staging with a unique rustic backdrop that works so well for our Cumbrian and Lake District winners. They are also extremely personable and a real pleasure to work with.

I've been hiring kit from Reed and his team for years so shocking it's taken me so long to give Ingram a glowing review! Not only do they have all best gear, they're friendly, helpful and professional and a pleasure to deal with. All the kit is very reasonably priced and Reed is always on hand to advise and walk you through using it. Highly recommend! Oh, and Proven Goods Co doughnut shop is next door to the warehouse too. Absolute win win.

Ingram AV are en exemplarily company within the AV sector. The customer service was personable, helpful and great communication. They responded very quickly to any queries we had before the event. At the event the engineer was a delight to work with, knowledgeable and quick to discreetly solve any problems that arose. The equipment was top quality and we were very pleased with the live and recorded sound. Reed, Phil and Tom were a pleasure to work with. I would highly reccomended contacting Ingram AV if you are looking for such services. Based on our experience you won't be disappointed.

I have now used Ingramsounds twice for the rental of a wedding PA system. The equipment is excellent, Reed took time to explain the set up, and offered telephone support ( as I am a novice myself ) he is very helpful, courteous and professional. I've already booked the equipment out again.

Ingramsounds work with us on many public events, including the very busy and demanding Durham Book Festival. The team at Ingramsounds are, without fail, excellent with the customers, the authors, the book festival team and the quality of the sound they provide for us is second to none. They're also efficient and very competitively-priced. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

As a production manager and audio technician Ingram AV is the new standard, setting the bar for quality equipment, excellent, consistant service and total reliability. Pleased to have Ingram AV as one of my main suppliers.

Reed is a meticulous engineer. His equipment is state of the art and very well maintained. He is personable and easy to work with. He likes doughnuts.
