Planning an outdoor wedding felt incredibly overwhelming at first, but from my very first conversation with Helen, I knew I was in safe hands. She immediately put me at ease and made me feel calm, organised, and back in control. Every conversation left me feeling reassured and confident that everything was coming together perfectly. Throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day itself, Helen went above and beyond in every possible way. Her attention to detail, organisation, and genuine care for making our day perfect were second to none. On the day, Helen and her team were so professional, friendly, and helpful. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring everything ran seamlessly even in 40 degrees heat. They worked well with our other suppliers and ran the bar exceptionally well. There was never an empty glass in hand. Thanks to them, I genuinely didn’t have to worry about a single thing and was able to relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding. If you’re wondering whether to book Events by Helen, don’t hesitate. It was one of the best decisions we made, and I cannot recommend Helen and her wonderful team highly enough. We came across helen after our original venue cancelled on us 8 month before the day and we had to start from scratch. The venue we found to replace the original venue recommended Helen and it was all meant to be. We explained our situation to Helen and she couldn’t have been better at putting our mind at rest. Because of Helen we actually started to enjoy wedding planning again. Communication was perfect throughout the process and Helen made us feel like it was all under control. On the lead up to the day and the day itself, Helen and her team did an exceptional job. We were able to really enjoy our day without worrying about a thing because Helen had it all under control. We had the day of our dreams!

We had the pleasure of working with Helen on an event where we provided 10 Bell Tents alongside a small Stretch Tent, and it was a genuinely lovely collaboration. Everything was well organised and thoughtfully planned, which made the whole process feel smooth and relaxed on the day. A pleasure to work with, and we’d happily team up again in the future.

We had the most amazing wedding day in July and I can honestly say having Helen and her team there made it the day that it was! From the first phone call to the first meeting and throughout the whole wedding process Helen was there. We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen had assured us beforehand that we’d be in great hands, and she was 100% right. Communication before the day was excellent, and Helen was super helpful with any queries we had, putting us totally at ease—nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking away any stress. They even helped clear everything up, cut the cake, and continued to restock it throughout the evening. The team also embraced our theme by wearing their fabulous hot pink aprons, which added such a fun touch. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Events by Helen! There are no words to express our gratitude for Helen and her team - but we will try, so that anybody thinking of booking them will DO IT!!! Helen was so responsive, understanding and pro-active in the planning stages of our wedding - helping us to organise the schedule, backing us with suppliers and being super organised. She gave great advice without ever making us feel silly (as pure wedding planning amateurs). On the day they couldn’t have done enough to make the day perfect. Helen and her team are what you call LEGENDS! Helen herself i am sure is a super woman! Taking on a million different instructions, dealing with all sorts of conditions and people. Her and her team made our big wedding day the smoothest operation possible. We have and will continue to recommend Helen to every single person we know.
