Haley is one of our trusted suppliers, an absolute gem! She has coordinated many weddings here at Barley Wood, and we are always so thrilled to be able to work with her, as we know we'll be seeing smiling faces on the happy wedding couples! Haley is a wonderful person to work with for both couples and suppliers. Her attention to detail was meticulous and she always made sure everyone had what they needed. Haley was an absolutely wonderful on-the-day wedding coordinator. Her communication in the lead-up to the day was great - she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease. Haley was amazing - we're so happy we chose her as our on-the-day coordinator. From our first call with her, we could tell we were in safe hands. On the wedding day, she arrived early and gave us updates through the day. She coordinated with our many separate vendors and made sure everything was in the right place at the right time so we could focus on enjoying the day. Hayley was incredible to work with. From our first interaction she really took the time to meet us, invest in our vision and care for us having the best possible wedding day. She was very helpful in coordinating suppliers, making sure the venue operations team were on point and made our special day really well organised and eventful. She was extremely patient, very easy to interact with and we felt she was truly invested in us as a couple. She was very happy to spend time on video calls, or in-person venue meet-ups as well as support on any additional wedding planning/ advice we needed. On the day, she checked in several times for both Bride and Groom, and she catered to my wife's every need which was truly appreciated. My goodness! Haley was such a calming breeze during a hectic and hot wedding! She was so put together, and had all the details down to the last ribbon. I can’t recommend working with her enough. I'm not quite sure where to begin when recommending Haley highly enough. As a wedding photographer, I've worked alongside countless planners over the years, so when you come across someone truly exceptional, it's worth shouting about. I would not hesitate for a second to work with Haley again. Her organisation, attention to detail and calm professionalism throughout the day were outstanding. What impressed me most was the way she brought everything together so seamlessly, ensuring both the couple and their guests felt completely looked after from start to finish. Like any wedding day, there were a few unexpected challenges behind the scenes, including some catering issues that were entirely outside of her control. Haley handled everything with such efficiency and grace that nobody would ever have known there had been a problem. She simply solved it and kept the day flowing effortlessly. As someone who has photographed hundreds of weddings, I can confidently say that a truly talented planner can transform the entire wedding experience, not just for the couple, but for everyone involved.
