Hipswing Events

We used Hipswing for a company event a couple of years ago and were so impressed that we went back to them again this year. From start to finish, the team were amazing! They took care of everything we needed, from lighting, sound and AV, to the dancefloor, DJ and even a 360-degree photo booth. Hannah and Steve were fantastic form the beginning of process, always available for a call, checking in throughout, keeping us updated, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Planning something on this scale felt so much easier with their support and patience. On the day, the team completely transformed the venue and it looked incredible. As the event organisers, we felt safe in their expert hands, they stayed with us throughout and everything went perfectly and we couldn’t have been happier. We’d 100% recommend Hipswing for any event!

Hipswing supplied the DJ as part of our wedding package at Rookery Hall, and we were so impressed with how smoothly everything came together. The DJ did a brilliant job of creating such a fun, relaxed and energetic atmosphere for the evening. From our first dance through to the party afterwards, everything flowed really well and the music suited the evening perfectly. It was lovely to see everyone enjoying themselves on the dance floor, laughing, dancing and celebrating together. After such a full and emotional day, it was exactly the kind of evening celebration we had hoped for. We used Hipswing for our first company wide event and we definitely needed help from the professionals! From start to finish their assistance and service was priceless. None of us within the business had arranged something to this scale before and Hipswing's guidance from the initial contact through to the day of the event was great. Communication with Erin throughout the several months prior to the event was seamless and they provided us with everything we needed from lights, sound, DJ, technical assistance, AV, casino tables and selfie mirror – one stop shop for our event. On the day of the event our technician was amazing and very patient with us ensuring that everything was ready for our big night. I am delighted to write this review for Hipswing, the decorators of our wedding venue and suppliers of lighting and DJ services. While we chose the breathtaking Wrenbury Hall as our wedding venue, we knew we wanted a few extra touches to make our special day even more memorable. Hipswing exceeded our expectations and added that extra sparkle to our celebration. Though we didn't require extensive decorations due to the inherent beauty of Wrenbury Hall, Hipswing hung gorgeous fairy lights in the canopy and projected our personalised wedding logo on the dance floor wall. The result was a stunning backdrop for our first dance, creating a romantic atmosphere that left our guests in awe. The attention to detail and the way they brought our vision to life were truly impressive. In addition to the visually appealing décor, Hipswing also provided us with DJ Jay, who quickly grasped our musical preferences and had everyone on their feet dancing. He seamlessly blended different genres and tailored the playlist to keep the energy high. One of the most magical moments was when DJ Jay played the orchestral version of our first dance song (Space- Biffy Clyro) for the final song of the night, adding a personal touch that left us speechless. It was truly a beautiful and memorable way to end the festivities. Throughout the entire process, the team at Hipswing was in constant communication with us. They were responsive, attentive, and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. They went above and beyond by giving our guests the ability to pre-request songs, ensuring that everyone had a chance to dance to their favourite tunes. This personalised touch made the evening even more special and unforgettable for our friends and family. We cannot recommend Hipswing enough. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication were evident in every step of the wedding planning process.
