⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service! We recently had our daughter’s wedding, and we are so grateful to the entire team for making the experience so special. From start to finish, their service was 10/10. They were professional, friendly, organised, and made everything feel so easy for us on such an important day. We can’t say enough good things about Ali! He was absolutely amazing as our wedding photographer and went above and beyond to capture every special moment of our family’s big day. Ali was professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly talented. He made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and somehow managed to capture all the little moments, emotions, and memories that made our wedding so special. I would steer clear of this company. Review is quite late as the service was used in late 2022. However, they were very unprofessional. One of the cameramen was more occupied with his personal phone rather than focussing on doing his job. The main photographer/videographer was beyond loud, and was very unprofessional with how he would speak to family members. The worst is the fact every time I tried downloading wedding photos, google drive wasn't allowing me to. I raised this concern with them once I realised access to the folder had been removed. They said it had expired and when I requested for them to check their drives, they said yes they will and proceeded to say they don't have it anymore. I highlighted the problem was from their side but there was no attempt to even rectify this or try find the pictures. Such a shame the whole experience was. Now we are left without our wedding pictures.

Shadifilms team were amazing! As soon as they walked in the team was on the job and did everything they could to help adjust the decor for videography and photography. Fiz was so helpful and all 3 of the team (can’t recall the names) were so lovely and respectful and did everything they could to get the best shots. The videography and photography was beautiful and exactly how I wanted. Such a genuinely lovely team and my whole family were very impressed with them and witnessed how much help they were. They even offered to help adjust the settings of the stage for pictures. May Allah swt bless and reward you for your efforts!
