Being professional dancers, Alex is often at events that we are teaching and performing at. He always manages to capture us at our best! We love his action photos, and his special edits are amazing. It was an obvious choice for us to ask him to be our wedding photographer. What an amazing (& long!) day it was, and Alex was there very early, from 5am photographing us at Stonehenge, throughout the ceremony during the day and onto the reception in the evening, right through to the end. We even took a special trip with him to take some photo's on the beach. Every request we made, he was happy to fulfil, and we have wonderful photo's of our special day. He was never in the way, and people often didn't even notice him taking their photos, so we have some lovely natural photos, as well as the more formal group photos. He was great with our guests. especially the children, and put everyone at ease. We can't thank him enough, and would highly recommend him for both dance and wedding photography.

Alex has over the years done numerous dance events for me, as well as a wedding album. He is a true professional. His photos are exciting, interesting and capture the moment. They can have some unusual twists which are quite brilliant. I have and will, without hesitation, recommend him as the photographer for any event.

Our wedding was a month ago with Alex Hardie as our photographer. A lovely man, works in tandem with his partner who coordinates the photo sessions. He travelled down a fair distance to our wedding venues and our home to meet with us prior to our event. Donna and I appreciate we gave him an almost impossible list of photo requests! He achieved them all . We were really pleased with the quality of the photos and are very glad we chose him as our photographer. We highly recommend.

Alex has been doing the photography at our Rock Bottoms dance weekenders for many years now.
