From our first enquiry through to our wedding day, everything was handled professionally, making the whole process completely stress-free. The car itself was absolutely stunning. It was presented in immaculate condition and looked even more beautiful in person than we had imagined. It added such an elegant touch to our wedding day and looked incredible in our photographs. It was exactly what we had hoped for and made my arrival feel even more special. A special thank you to Paul, whose warmth, friendliness and experience really stood out. His knowledge of weddings at Lichfield Registry Office was invaluable. He took the time to plan the route in advance, work out the perfect timings and ensure everything ran smoothly, which gave us complete peace of mind. Paul's kindness also made a lasting impression. He took great care to help my elderly grandparents in and out of the car and made sure everyone was comfortable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about making every couple's day as special as possible. Secretly ordered a car to take my now wife 🎉😁 over to our wedding and then onto our venue. Couldn't fault anything. Journey Planning was done in advance. Paul reminded my nearer the big day. The car was immaculate, Paul is beyond professional, he was amazing 👏 went above and beyond. Journey was super comfy. Would 1000% recommend to anyone. We used Paul and the team for our wedding car hire. We hired the Austin Limousine Princess. Communication from the start was brilliant, we were able to view the cars before making our choice and booking in was a very smooth process. Both Paul and John who was our driver on the day were brilliant. John was nice and early on the day, and gave us a 5 minute warning for when we had to leave, got me to the ceremony with time to spare and even provided bottles of water afterwards for our journey to the reception, which was very welcome! Brilliant company, would highly recommend!
