We cannot recommend Peter enough! We knew that photography was important to us so it was the second thing we booked for our wedding. We met with a few photographers who were all lovely but Peter really stood out because we left the call feeling so excited for our wedding. Even though we booked far in advance, Peter’s communication was brilliant - sometimes in the form of sweet treats delivered straight to our door! We wouldn’t consider ourselves naturals in front of the camera and were both quite nervous so we opted to do a pre-wedding shoot to make ourselves feel more comfortable. Peter used it to learn what kind of poses did and didn’t work for us and it meant that on the actual day there weren’t any awkward moments and the time just flew by. We are so happy with the final results - they are so beautiful and yet so natural. We really feel like they are a true representation of the day and also reflect us as a couple which would only be possible because of the time Peter took to get to know us. Thank you so much Peter!

Where do i actually start with the level of talent and professionalism that peter holds!! He is incredible at what he does, from the minute i came across his instagram profile i knew he was the kind of wedding photographer we would love, infact i didnt look any further once id found him! We dont personally love lots of staged shots of ourselves, instead candid, documentary style photos…. And this is exactly what peter delivers! Him and his second photographer lizzie captured every moment of our wedding and every happy smiling conversation between guests. Every bit of emotion shines through the pictures. From the moment i enquired with him, it was nothing but friendly positive vibes, honestly he gets just as excited about weddings as the couple themselves!! He felt like a friend from the get go and still doesn't now 1 month after the wedding. He is professional and calm, he knows exactly what needs doing and when and the little surprise gifts along the way are such a special touch!! He goes above and beyond. We generally are over the moon and more about our wedding photos!! Please don’t hesitate to contact peter as he is BRILLIANT!!

Peter, where do we even begin? From the first Zoom call online, we knew we had found the photographer for us! You made us feel so comfortable with your warm nature and no question was too much to ask. Fast forward a few months and we decide to do a pre-wedding shoot to take away the nerves from the day. Peter was calm and gave lots of guidance to us so that we knew how to move and what would make the best photos. He was silently cheering from the sidelines… Or not so silently… 🤪 For our December wedding, Peter (accompanied by the fantastic second shooter Lizzie) gave us such confidence that it would be a beautiful day. He mingled with guests and the wedding party instantly felt at ease. We then receive the photos after a quick turn around and we’re over the moon with the results. Not uncomfortable and posed photos, but ones with real authentic love and laughter from not just the groom and bride, but all our family and friends! Highly highly recommend Peter to anyone thinking they might want him to be their photographer! You would be silly to say no! How do you even begin trying to describe someone who genuinely changes the entire experience of one of the happiest and most memorable days of your life? My husband and I had spoken to a few photographers before we found Peter, and from the very first e-mail and video call with him, it was obvious he was in a different league to the rest - not just as a photographer, but as a human being. Peter’s energy and personality is so infectious and genuine, and from the moment we started chatting all things weddings, we clicked straight away. I came prepared with a long list of questions and Peter graciously answered every single one, and we came off of the call knowing we’d found *our* photographer and that we wanted Peter to be a part of our special day! We did not hesitate for one second to book him for our wedding at Swallows Oast in Ticehurst, as we didn’t want him to get snapped up by anyone else! Having never planned a wedding before, I’d not fully anticipated how much support Peter would actually provide beyond the photography itself. Throughout the planning process and in the years leading up to, Peter was a constant source of joy and reassurance, as well as a fountain of cracking film knowledge! He went above and beyond, offering his advice and sound expertise on the order of the day as well as the photography timelines, flagging things we might have forgotten, and genuinely cared about how our day would come together - it really felt like I was planning the wedding with a close friend who was always in my corner. On the big day itself, Peter arrived bang on time and quickly settled in with my bridal party, bringing his calm and friendly vibes on a very nerve-wracking day and snapping away during the morning preparations - Peter captured some beautiful shots that I hadn’t even noticed were happening around me, and I’m so grateful to be able to relive those moments again and again on screen! During the day itself, Peter kept us all on schedule and checked in on us all throughout, which being an anxious girlie, is something I really appreciated and kept me grounded so I could enjoy the day as much as possible. Our preview pictures a few days after our wedding made us well up, but when our gallery arrived in our inbox… we were honestly so blown away and overwhelmed - we cried many, many happy tears and just scrolled through with huge smiles on our faces, reliving the entire day again from start to finish. The photos Peter took weren’t just of our wedding day, they told the most incredible story filled with so much joy, laughter, and fun! Honestly, just book Peter as your wedding photographer. And just know that when you do, you won’t just be getting the most talented and thoughtful photographer around, you’ll be gaining a film-loving friend for life. It’s hard to capture the magic of Peter’s process in one review - but I’m going to try! We were immediately drawn in by his timeless, stunning and entirely unique portfolio of work on Instagram and the way he captures the essence of what makes each couple tick. He spoils you with thoughtful gifts at each step, very welcome bars of chocolate and beautiful tokens of his gratitude. We feel extremely blessed to have met Peter and experienced first hand the kind, funny and talented being that he is! From our first emails to our pre wedding photoshoot to the big day itself, his consistently calm and grounded approach brought us back to the joy and specialness of the whole process, whenever we needed it. He had us laughing our heads off at our pre wedding photoshoot, which I would highly recommend, especially if one or both of you aren’t totally comfortable in front of a camera! The end results were incredible and exactly what we wanted. On the wedding day itself, both Peter and his wonderful second shooter expertly captured our unique wedding magic in ways that I couldn’t have anticipated. He was very open to my (slightly mad) coven-style bridesmaid photos, made us feel totally at ease whenever he was around, and was an integral part of what made the wedding feel so special. Plus the actual end result was so perfect that it blew us both away. We’re sending a few physical photos in with each of our thank you cards to share the joy, as everyone who’s seen the photos have been enthralled. We hope to make use of Peter’s phenomenal talent again at the next opportunity, for whatever milestone comes next! Thank you Peter for being you, and for the incredible work that you do.
