I'm so sorry I haven't had the chance to write this review since our photo shoot in January - life has been so manic. 🥹 I paid for this experience as a birthday present for my twin sister 💗 Gareth was an absolute gem in welcoming our big family group into the studio (including three dogs and an 8 month old baby) and making everyone feel happy and comfortable before starting to take photos 💗 He gave us time to settle the dogs and baby ready to start and once he began, he had a very fun, easygoing and kind approach! Ensuring he covered everyone in the family for different photos together 💗 We had the most beautiful photos and he was very sweet to my sister's little boy and our three dogs - and absolute sweetheart ✨ As some of us are quite anxious when having our photos taken, he made us all feel right at ease and we couldn't have asked for better 🥰 We've all had such a difficult few years in our family and this was the heartwarming and lovely experience than we all needed - not ever having any professional family photos together that are laid back and fun 🥹 Thank you Gareth for these timeless photos. I will definitely be using your little gift voucher soon to have some more photos taken 💗💗 All our love X

Gareth is an absolute professional from start to finish. Not only he makes you feel comfortable in the studio, he knows exactly how to get the best shots and the photos come out amazing each time. We did a family photoshoot for the 2nd time, this time with 3 kids including a 6 months old baby. He was very efficient and quick so the kids didn't get tired or bored. Everyone commented on outstanding photos we had as a result of a recent shoot. Well worth an investment to capture precious moments with your family.

Gareth was warm and welcoming, he made us all feel at ease (even those not so keen in the camera). The studio was ideal for a family shoot, and Gareth was excellent at keeping the kids engaged and getting great natural photos of them both alone and together. Ideal for a relaxed, fun family shoot. Gareth is by far the most patient and understanding professional person we've met The studio is clean, spacious and well equipped. He was brilliant with us as a family and especially with our baby during the shoot. We have had family photos taken at Balance Photography each Christmas for 6 years. I also have had both my children’s new born photo shoots at Balance and a 1st birthday cake smash. Gareth is so good with the children, he gets the best photos and keeps the boys relaxed and engaged. He has great communication with us both before, and after the session. Gareth asks what kind of photos you want and accommodates this. Adding in any extra poses you ask. I would definitely recommend Balance photography to everyone.
