We had such a lovely experience with our family photoshoot and would highly recommend them. Ryan, who took our photos, was brilliant. He was incredibly patient with our children and really helped them relax and enjoy the experience. Nothing felt rushed or forced. It was made fun for them, which really shows in the natural smiles and beautiful photos we received. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. From booking through to receiving our images, every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and I always felt informed. The quality of the photos and frames is absolutely amazing. The prints are exceptional and look beautiful displayed in our home. It’s something we will truly treasure. We’re so grateful to Ryan and the team for capturing such special memories for our family.

We had such a positive experience for our first family photoshoot. The studio is quiet and homey, so it's not too daunting for children to feel comfortable in a new setting. Our toddler wasn't keen on having her photo taken, but it was a very calm shoot where the photographer was happy to go at our pace and take breaks if she neededit, as well as engaging with her and giving her props to hold. I'd really recommend to anyone and our pictures have come out so beautifully, we can't stop looking at them. Thank you so much to the whole team, you are wonderful.

We had such a lovely experience as we had our first family photoshoot with Photogenix. The photographer was so lovely and it was amazing to see how she was able to entertain and coordinate our very excited 4 and 7 year old and 12 week old baby. The photos turned out beautifully and it was an enjoyable experience for all of us. Will definitely book in again to have photos done.

We won a free photo shoot after voting for a friends photo in their photo of the month competition. It was easy to book and the communication was great leading up to the day. On the day my little girl had the best time (she’s still talking about it now). The photos were great when we attended the viewing, can’t wait to see the printed finish.
