Our newborn photoshoot was one of our first trips out of the house with our newborn but Gemma was so warm and professional and put us all at ease straight away. Our baby girl was so relaxed that she slept her way through the entire shoot! Gemma took her time to make sure she captured the perfect shots and all the details of our newborn. We were so delighted with the gallery of photos…the hardest part was trying to narrow down our favourites for the wall! Gemma was great through the whole process and she even went out of her way to make sure that we got prints in time to gift to family at Christmas. Sitting here four months later, seeing our beautiful photos displayed on the wall feels so special. Gemma captured our little baby so perfectly—each image is like a little piece of magic, taking us right back to those precious early days with our daughter.

Loved every minute of my maternity shoot with Gemma. The set up was great and she made us feel so comfortable from the get go. Gemma was brilliant with our toddler as well got her involved in everything, she even gave Gemma a hug when we were leaving. Will definitely be booking again soon!

I swear Gemma will end up bankrupting me! She took some amazing photos last week for the This is Motherhood shoot and tonight we have just had Harvey's P1 and Olivia's P4 photos taken. She is so super talented at what she does and if you need some amazing family photos taken I would highly recommend her. Anyone walking past will probably wonder why they can hear poo and pee being shouted but hey, if it gets the children to smile and she gets the shot then I'm all for it! She makes everyone really relaxed in front of the camera - even the most camera shy of people. She also does brand photography so go and check out her work! Thank you Gemma we all love the photos!

We couldn’t recommend Gemma enough. Our newborn daughter was very unsettled on the day of the photoshoot and Gemma was absolutely amazing with her and us. She put in so much time and patience to ensure that the perfect pictures were captured. She truly went above and beyond and we are so grateful.

I decided to contact Gemma after researching maternity photoshoots online. Gemma was the only person I contacted as her quality and prices were fantastic compared to others I had seen. If I had to picture how the perfect experience would go I would say Gemma even exceeded this. Gemma was great at communicating leading up to the day to make sure I understood where we were going and if I had any questions etc. When we arrived at Gemma’s beautiful home, Gemma was extremely welcoming to both myself and husband and made us both feel equally involved in the day. Gemma started by allowing me time to get ready and have a look through the wardrobe options available and did not make me feel rushed at all, encouraging me to take my time and try on whatever I wanted. The room used for this was incredibly accommodating and was filled with drinks, snacks and the WiFi code etc should we like to help ourselves to anything which was a really lovely touch. During the session I felt totally at ease as Gemma instructed me where to stand and how to pose so I didn’t need to worry about what I was doing! Gemma was lovely throughout the session advising me that I was looking great and the three of us had nice chats in between the photos. During the session Gemma was very thoughtful making sure I was happy with how everything was going eg making sure I was happy with how my hair was sitting, I was happy sitting down on a stool, I was happy moving and showing my leg in certain ways etc. Gemma regularly checked in to make sure I was feeling ok and didn’t need a water or a break at any point. This was all really appreciated. Once Gemma was happy with all the different shots she made sure there was nothing else we wanted and we left very happy and impressed with how the day had gone. Gemma had signposted roughly how long it would take for me to receive the images but she actually got these over to me much quicker than expected which was the cherry on top of the full experience. I can’t thank Gemma enough for everything and will be looking for any excuse to book back in with her. Newborn shoot pending! Georgia and Aidan x
