Fantastic place for photography lovers. At the moment Peter Mosley's exhibition is on. Superb show.

First time booking for a lingerie shoot. Good venue, some parking available outside and nearby, easy to find. Free use of lighting equipment which was in good working order. Would definitely book again.

Afer a tour with Felix (who was very helpful) I decided to join. After 14 days my membership had not been created. I sent an email to inquire about the status and got no response. I then called the following week and was assured someone would get back to me. No one did. I then requested a refund via paypal (which they did not action). Several days later I then got an email saying they had created the membership, I requested the refund me and cancel that membership. Several weeks later they have not refunded me, and clear they have not intention to do so. I will be visiting them again in person and taking this matter further. They are quick to take your money but slow and poor customer service. I would not recommend at all. It's 2025. The're are plenty of membership tools/ software that are free (or close too) and others that can help streamline your process. Either way, its not excuse for poor customer service.

Awful experience. Terrible service on all fronts and they excuse themselves by saying ‘they are much cheaper than a regular club’ and ‘everyone is a volunteer who works pro bono’. They messed up my membership and accreditation, refused to give me a refund for the sessions I booked and couldn’t use because I was not accredited (their fault) and accused me of violating the rules by bringing my father along during the accreditation, when they had previously confirmed he could join. After finally becoming a member, I asked repeatedly if I could rent a locker for the year to avoid carrying gear all the way from home, to which no reply was given for weeks. I tried escalating the matter to the president of the club, to which he replied the person in question was ‘very busy and had a full time job’ (implying I had a lot of free time instead) and to chill out. After that, it was never followed up properly. Staff is generally rude and unhelpful, especially the president, who is highly unprofessional, dismissive and most importantly useless. In summary, as another member pointed out, you get the feeling that you are just a number and all they care about is your wallet. The president even told me that if I was unhappy I could leave the club and get a refund, but given the stinginess I felt I doubt he would have even followed through if I decided so… Hence, I decided to never set foot in those premises again. I’ll leave my 120 bucks of membership fee as a charitable donation as they seem desperate for it. Disappointing, as the club has a lot of potential but is negatively affected by the management’s incompetence and nasty attitude.
