Phil did our wedding in December 2025 and we’ve received the full gallery this week and couldn’t have hoped for anyone better to capture our day. His work is amazing and he is so full of energy and friendly that everybody felt comfortable on the day and nothing felt forced. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding photographer than Phil. From the moment he arrived at The Plough Inn, he made us feel completely at ease and brought such a fun, relaxed energy to the day. He wasn’t just there to take photos - he genuinely helped us manage the flow of the day, keeping everything running smoothly while making sure we (and our guests) felt supported and comfortable throughout. Phil captured our wedding on the 7th of February and last night we received the full gallery. We are so happy with the pictures we’ve received and we couldn’t speak more highly of Phil. We first met Phil at a wedding show at the Plough Inn in March 2023, that day we said yes to the venue and to Phil the recommended photographer, and boy was this the right decision. Phil instantly made us feel as ease. He was accommodating and understanding to last minute changes. He knew our sons loved dinosaurs so wore a dinosaur shirt! The morning of the wedding, right through to the last minute he spent with us he made us laugh, instructed us in poses we wouldnt have known and made sure we got the shots with the people we had asked for. We have started receiving the photos from Phil and we are already blown away by the results, I never imaged how beautiful and perfect they were going to turn out. Luckily we had good weather on our wedding day so Phil pulled out his drone, which after a few hours of drinking and to our surprise we were not expecting this extra! And my goodness the photos speak for themselves. I am so grateful Phil was recommended to us and that we booked him, not only does he know the area and venue remarkably well but he is truly incredible at what he does. Where to even begin! Philip is absolutely AMAZING. We got married at The Plough Inn on the 8th Feb 2025, a venue he knows very well. From when we booked Philip and met him at the venue we immediately felt so comfortable and knew he was going to be the perfect photographer for what we wanted and would fit into the wedding party so well. Myself and my husband Jack are absolutely over the moon with Phil and how he worked with us on our wedding day. He absolutely MADE our day. From start to end Phil was a bundle of joy, so much fun, such a laugh and easy going and just made our day perfect. One thing I nearly dreaded about getting married was the thought of spending loads of time having a load of staged formal serious photos taken, and this was absolutely not the case with Phil. The whole process of getting pictures felt fun and we could completely be ourselves and felt so comfortable. I think we got so caught up having so much fun we got carried away and spent longer than we planned getting pictures, oops!! I appreciated every second of Phil being there on our wedding day from him helping me put my shoes on in the morning, fixing my dress and helping Jack with his buttonhole and pocket square. We also had our dog Ralph at our wedding and he made lots of effort for us to get pictures with Ralph! Everything ran smoothly, he knew exactly what needed to be done when and helped arrange special moments like the first look with bridesmaids and my dad. Everyone at the wedding party loved him and have non stopped going on about how good he was and loved him being there sharing the day with us! You can tell he absolutely loves his job. Within a few days we received a load of wedding previews and they were absolutely amazing. We love them all and we are soon due to be getting the rest of the pictures! I am very impressed with how quickly we have received the photos from him and such good work. I could continue to write on for ages with all positive things I have to say about Phil - I 10000000% recommend Phil from Zapimage as your wedding photographer!! Most of all I would just like to say Philip, thank you SO much for making our day amazing and extra special. It would not have been the same without you! I cannot even put into words how happy I am.
