2nd experience here. Had my eldest daughter’s prom dress altered 8 years ago and was very pleased. So did not hesitate to return for alterations of another prom dress. Staff were very warm, welcoming, understanding and professional. The work carried out is outstanding. Both my girls felt and looked like princesses as the dresses fit them perfectly. I cannot thank Magic stitches enough and I would highly recommend them without hesitation! X

Comfortable setting with amazing staff that made the dress I took in to them fit perfectly. For the first time since purchasing the dress it finally felt like MY dress. They have an eye for perfection for sure and will not stop looking and ensuring the dress fits amazingly. They had what I consider a big job on their hands having to remove the lace from my dress, altering the length by 10 inches and then re sewing on the lace but you would not know the dress had even been altered when I picked it up they had done such an amazing job. Could not fault at all. Very friendly staff and reassuring in every aspect.

I came to collect my dress today and wow it’s like a new dress, better than I thought it could be. I cannot recommend this bridal alterations shop highly enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel completely comfortable and welcome. Every appointment was such a lovely experience – I was always offered a coffee, water, or a soft drink, and everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. What impressed me most was how well they listened. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made me feel confident that my dress was in the best possible hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were incredibly patient and attentive throughout the whole process. The quality of the alterations is outstanding. My wedding dress looks absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly. I needed a final adjustment close to the wedding, and their talented in-house seamstresses were able to make the alteration there and then, which took away so much stress. To top it all off, they professionally steamed my dress so it was looking flawless and ready for the big day. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional service, kindness, and expertise. You made such an important part of my wedding journey enjoyable and stress-free, and I will always be grateful.

couldn't be happier with the alterations Magic Stitches did on my dress. It needed so many changes that I honestly wasn't sure it could be altered to fit properly, but they worked absolute magic!
