Saul Isaac Photography

Had my son's nursery photos 3 times with this company and each time the experience has become more disappointing. The most recent time there were only 6 pictures to choose from (other times between 8 and 10) and spent less than 3 minutes with him. His pictures don't show his usual smiles which shows he was not comfortable, there was no engagement just the inside of a dog toy squeaker that would be engaging for a 3 month old not 3 years. I mean he didn't get time to be comfortable it was in, out. The photos are the same props and poses every time apart from 2024 changed to 2025 I guess what can you expect they are there to make money not spend time getting nicer photos.

Visited Busy Bees in Toton to do Christmas shoot and I can't express how heartbreaking was to find out photos where my daughter cried and looked really scared. How could someone carry on with the photoshoot when the child is clearly not ready for it. Apparently that person specialises in children photos?!!

The print quality for my daughters pre-school photos was rather poor, especially given the expensive prices. The photo package options was very limiting and confusing. The whole website was quite poor to use, not what I would expect in this day in age. My childs beautiful smile was also no where to be seen in any of the images, an issue a lot of other parents commented on. I can appreciate kids might be nervous, but surely an attempt to try and make them laugh would have been worth it?!

I have ordered photos for my daughter through her primary school and its been months now and still haven’t received her photos. I have complained through their website twice and heard nothing. I guess my £22.50 is all for nothing. Never order from this company!

Well......! I'd just like to say a massive thank you to Saul Issac for doing my little boys photo's at nursery, just got them back and they are absolutely AMAZING!..... I'm so grateful for the time taken to get such beautiful pictures of my little boy ❤️. Amazing prices, amazing quality, amazing photographer! Don't hesitate to book Saul Issac for you little ones pictures! You will NOT be disappointed that's for sure!!!!

Fantastic Experience!! I became aware of Saul Isaac Photography during an Arts and Crafts Fair in my local area and entered their competition, I never win anything! The shoot was relaxed and fun! They captured some truly beautiful photos, natural and showing off our family at its very best! My four girls throughly enjoyed their time in the studio, and have been asking to go again non-stop! You will be seeing us again very soon!

Disappointed with the photos in all. Couldn’t view them properly online with all the water marks on my daughters face. When I eventually got them she actually looks scared. They made her hair into a centre parting when she had a side parting. When I finally got the pictures the only nice one was a small one. I have emailed again and again for another one of this but larger with no response. The photos of my daughter got "archived" the same day. Wouldn’t recommend with poor service.
