Dockside Studio - Photographer & Hire Studio

Located in Rochester's famed photo studio district, Dockside is a simple functional studio with a charming host. Decent size clean space with backdrops. You are left alone so it helps to have an idea what you are doing. Conveniently close to a mainline railway station and with reasonable parking down a Victorian alley. The outdoors is very interesting; part Dickens and part Spaghetti Western. Well worth a visit.

Had an amazing experience with Neville! The headshot session was relaxed and enjoyable, and he made sure to capture the best shots with great attention to detail. The final images were of outstanding quality, professional, sharp, and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend his services for anyone in need of top-notch photography! Thank you, Neville!

We had a fantastic experience with Neville at the studio! He made me feel completely at ease throughout the shoot, and the final photos exceeded all our expectations. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality made the whole process really enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I hired the studio for the day as the rates were extremely competitive. Since moving from London to Kent, I've been looking for a studio space exactly like this. I used it for Instagram and YouTube content creation using only natural light. The light was good throughout the day, AM being where you'll get sunlight directly beaming through the windows. Car parking was available. The studio was a calm space, secluded with no disruptions. Neville is the perfect host, friendly and welcoming.

A great professional space to shoot and create with loads of kit and modifiers to experiment with. Neville is also a great short/ studio owners, always on hand to ask questions and very knowledgable should you have any question son how best to produce your ideas within his space. Gladly recommend this studio, look forward to shooting here again! Thanks Neville

This Studio is a diamond. If you need a space in Kent for photography, videography etc this is the place. Good and fair prices with a good selection of equipment to use. I will definetly be using Dockside Studios again!

I was very pleased with the headshots I had done for my 2 daughters and will definitely be using Neville again. The prices are very reasonable and he spent a lot of time on them to make sure everything was how we wanted it. He was very friendly and professional. The pictures we received was at a very high standard, so I will no longer be traveling to London to get photos again. Thank you brilliant service.
