Roy Kilcullen Photography

Roy is by far the best photographer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. There’s no one that hits the brief better or who puts people at ease in front of the camera more than Roy. He takes the most stunning people photography I’ve ever seen – and on top of this, he’s a joy to be around, is incredibly reliable, and is exceptional value for money. I’ve worked with Roy for many years now to capture beautiful and authentic colleague photos across lots of different industries – from hospitality to financial services. This includes Board and Executive profile pictures for our corporate websites, on-the-job colleague photos for print magazine features, annual reports, and careers websites, and large-scale company award ceremonies (to name just a few!). We’ve even been highly commended at the Institute of Internal Communications Awards for ‘Best Imagery’ thanks to Roy. I highly recommend Roy and, personally, wouldn’t look elsewhere for our photography needs. Thanks for all your support over the years, Roy!

Roy is a perfectionist and consummate professional who won't stop until he's got the right shots. His pictures are never ordinary and always allow the subject's character or the beauty of a landscape shine through. He always goes the extra mile – geographically as well – to ensure every element of the brief is met, even offering suggestions on how it might work that little bit better. In my decade plus of working with Roy on countless jobs, I've grown hugely appreciative of his skill of being able to put the client at ease. Many of them now ask for him first by name. He's a great believer that his pictures tell his story and show his passion for photography, so I'll stop there and let you take a look at his website.

I've worked with Roy for more than a decade and couldn't recommend him enough. As well as having a fantastic eye for a picture, his methods are what makes him stand out – we've been out on so many jobs where it's not 100% clear how we'll achieve what we set out to do, but with a quick recce and a loose brief, his mind whirs into action. If I need to book a photographer for a job, Roy is always at top of my list.

Not only is Roy a brilliant and versatile photographer, he's also great fun to work with and fantastic at putting those in front of the lens at ease. Hugely experienced, very reliable and delivers top quality images every time.

Worked with Roy on lots of different shoots, as I've moved companies and changed sector I have always sought out Roy to commission high quality on brand lifestyle shots. Always very professional and I get a high quality gallery of images I can use time again. Highly recommend...
