I’ve been and had my hair cut with Poppy quite a few times now, and each time I have come out feeling fabulous. Poppy listens to what cut and style I want and checks in regularly that I’m happy with the length, whilst also giving advice on what’s best for my curly hair in both curly and straight styles. She’s chatty, knowledgeable and just generally makes you feel at ease, even when she’s squeezed you in last minute to accommodate a night out, she also makes a good cuppa tea!

17th April had an hair appointment with Poppy , due to not being able to find a parking space, when I did find a parking spot it was quite a walk to the hairdressers I am 73 years of age , she told me that I was late , I explained that I rang four times and no one answered, a very rude young person in the background told me that they do not answer the phone when they are busy, very very disappointed, showing me no respect saying that they couldn’t do my hair. Although Poppy had my phone number she did not message me.

I always have a great experience here. I started with an appointment to have some extensions fitted and I now get my eyelashes, eyebrows, extensions, colour and makeup done here. I have never had a single bad experience and I have now been going every 1-2 weeks for about a year. So the obvious choice for my hair and makeup for my wedding, was the girls at Parlour. They helped prep me for the big day in the weeks leading up to it, and on the day itself, they arrived at 6am at my wedding venue and managed to make a bride, 2 mothers, 5 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls look absolutely flawless in just a few hours. They were amazing! We had so much fun getting ready with them and sharing the morning with them. The whole wedding party could not thank them enough. My daughter also had her prom hair and makeup done here and she looked stunning. I can't recommend them enough. An amazing team who always go the extra mile.

I had the most magical experience, I was met by the loveliest girls who made me laugh and feel extremely comfortable. A massive thank you and appreciation to Bethany Lawrence who fitted my extensions beautifully.

Unfortunately taking a booking but not making a record of the booking left my girlfriend almost in tears as she was looking forward to it. That said, you have made contact and offered to do the work for free. That's fair and the right thing to do. Can't fault that.
