This is an extremely belated THANK YOU and 5*+ review for Jonny! Jonny was a dream from start to finish. From the booking and prep calls through to the day itself, Jonny made us feel so comfortable. He had great tips throughout and took more beautiful photos than I could have ever imagined! Where do I even begin! From start to finish, Jonny has been the most outstanding person to work with! After stumbling upon his website we instantly loved his informal, documentary style photos and instantly booked him for our wedding. Communication was excellent- with two video calls throughout the process to discuss our vision. This meant that Jonny could turn up on the day and knew exactly how/where to get the best shots! Jonny was punctual, professional, he looked the part and everyone really enjoyed his friendly and relaxed approach! The photos just show how relaxed we all felt with him (particularly as I don’t really enjoy having my photo taken). The photos that Jonny took are simply breathtaking. He captured the joy, love and colour of the day. His eye for detail is exceptional and every time I look at the pictures I spot something new and love them even more. We will cherish these FOREVER and I cannot believe how fortunate we were to have found Jonny. We absolutely loved working with Jonny and are so happy with the gorgeous photos he captured from our wedding day! Jonny was absolutely AMAZING!! I would 100% recommend him as a wedding photographer. He made me and my husband feel so comfortable - we thought we wouldn’t enjoy going to have our couple photos, but we found it one of the most special parts of the day because Jonny made the whole process feel so relaxed! The pictures he took were incredible. He really captured every part of the day and he did it without anyone really noticing he was there! This review can be summed up in three simple words: BOOK JONNY NOW. We met Jonny at a close friend’s wedding four years ago, he was absolutely brilliant and the photos were incredible - we have had an epic shot he took of us up on our library wall since then. When we got engaged, we knew we couldn’t have anyone else photograph our wedding, and so we couldn’t believe our luck that Jonny was free on our, very last minute, date. We wanted chilled, unfussy, personal, arty, documentary style epic photography - enter Jonny. The whole process leading up to the wedding was brilliant, Jonny totally got the vibe and really helped up visualise our day (and keep us chilled). He was an absolute joy to have there with us - not only is he an incredible photographer, but he is also such great fun to have as part of your party. He has a way of blending in to the group to get the perfect shots (to the point where you don’t notice he’s there, so never feel awkward), but also joining the party and making you feel like you’ve known him for years! He also helps guide and direct you on the day to get the perfect moments captured in an authentic way. We knew without even seeing the photos that they were going to be great but OH GOODNESS nothing could have prepared us for just how amazing they were. Jonny captured everything so perfectly, the laughter, the joy, the love, the little moments. It was like reliving it all over again.
