The Portrait Photographer

Eliot's been photographing my family for 7 years - the pictures are absolutely beautiful, capturing my growing children from babies to today - We come back regularly because Eliot is so warm, friendly and easy to work with. The kids love him, which means they are absolutely themselves. The pictures reflect this, capturing each of us just as we are! I couldn't be more grateful to have such gorgeous memories captured of us. We have portraits from the studio and also outdoors, all equally lovely. I highly recommend!

What an excellent experience! Eliot is very approachable and friendly, and really helped put us at ease during our family photo shoot. He was especially attentive to our 11 month old, capturing beautiful photos with calm and ease. We were looking for a family photo to give to parents and other family and found a great offer from Eliot. We all hate having our photos taken [really!], but Eliot was very patient with us as we tried to become more comfortable with it. He started us off with traditional style shots and slowly moved onto more adventurous poses, never pushing us more that we were willing. He was sensitive to when we'd had enough and changed things around. We also brought our 5 month old puppy which we thought would be a problem, but Eliot was kind enough to adjust everything to make it happen. We never expected the photos to come out as well as they did as we thought our poses were all so stiff and forced. However, he managed to capture moments that were natural and very professional at the same time. Of course, we bought more than we were expecting to, but they were irresistible and he gave us a number of options. He didn't put any pressure on us at all over finances or in a hard sell of any kind. We recommend him to everyone.

Eliot was absolutely fantastic from the start. Good communication, very accommodating and really put us and the children at ease. We only intended to buy one family portrait but we were so pleased with the pictures we bought the whole package. We had an outdoors shoot and the experience was fun and relaxed, not like some awkward studio ones we've had before. The viewing was in his beautiful office/ apartment and there was no pressure to buy, although none was needed. Highly recommend and we hope to go back for this year's pictures

Our family, including two rather shy, surly teenage girls visited Eliot’s studio with the hope of getting a couple of nice family photos. Right from the start Eliot was amazing with us all, he made us feel at ease and took a huge number of photos. We all had a lot of fun in the process. The end result is that it was impossible to choose just a couple so we now have a fabulous collage of ten A4 black & white photos on our landing wall & we love them. Eliot was very professional, not at all pushy, and we would highly recommend him.

We booked a family photoshoot with Eliot at Busy Park, Richmond. Right from the start, Eliot was professional and accomodating. He suggested to do the shoot in Busy Park, as we were initially thinking of a studio shoot. However, the outdoor option was really great, the natural lighting was amazing and together with the backdrop, made our photos feel that extra bit special. We spent at least an hour with him and felt like we got lots of lovely pics. After the shoot, Eliot told us he'd be in touch with an edited selection of our shoot, which we would be able to access easily online. When we received our online album, we were thrilled with the results! Eliot captured us so well, it was just what we wanted. It was a treat for us, but well worth every penny. We couldn't decide which were our favourites, because there were so many. Finally we opted for 10 prints and a USB stick with all of them. This was such great value for money. Eliot even delivered the prints in person to us, which we really appreciated. I've since framed them and they're now proudly on display at ours and my parents. If you're looking for a highly skilled photographer to capture a special occasion, or you simply want some gorgeous pictures taken, then Eliot won't disappoint, he's a real gem with huge talent! I can't praise Eliot highly enough. Great communication and flexibility before the shoot and not only were the photos he captured stunning, his manner and patience with our 3 young children was amazing. I would recommend Eliot to anyone looking for a shoot and as someone with 3 young kids, he made the experience an absolute pleasure.
