Samara Surveys

I recently bought a drone for filming our roof cleaning work and was looking for a local expert to give me some training. After some research I contacted Alex at Sussex Drone Surveys who, since our first email, has been incredibly helpful guiding me through the buying/registering process. Very calm and highly knowledgable he has coached me to a standard where I now fully understand the protocols and feel fully confident flying my drone. And a really nice chap as well as highly talented - highly recommended!

I needed a roof inspection for insurance purposes. Alex came with a drone and took lots of very clear shots of the roof and then explained any areas of concern to me. I received copies of the photos and a written report the following week. Alex is very professional, a good communicator and I found him a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

The workshop I attended covered all the topics I was looking for. Alex had taken the time to explain aspects that would be needed for my potential work using a drone in my work in surveying large areas of countryside. Excellent day that I recommend to anyone looking into drone technology and photography.

Alex came and assessed our roof after we recently moved into our property. He is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable and kindly advised us what we needed to repair. Alex is personable, honest and we would highly recommend his service. The kids loved watching the drone in action too!

Excellent and professional service from Alex despite the challenges of seagulls and the wind conditions. Very informative, prompt and accommodating. We now have visibility of the condition of the roof (4 storeys high) without the need for scaffolding until necessary. Thank you Alex

I organised a roof inspection through Alex from Sussex Drone Surveys for a property we are planning on purchasing. He provided an amazing service - communication was excellent, the inspection was undertaken really efficiently and it was reasonably priced. We now have really clear, useful photos and videos which we will be able to share with roofing contractors. I would definitely recommend Sussex Drone Surveys.

I had an excellent day exploring drones with Alex. His deep expertise, professional experience, and approachable manner made the experience both informative and enjoyable. I cannot recommend his sessions highly enough to anyone looking to dive into the world of drones!
