Unfortunately an extremely disappointing experience. Extremely unprofessional on the day and prior to the wedding day. Lack of communication during the post-production process, as well as numerous drafts needed with rigorous hand-holding. Given a second draft with spelling mistakes, the same clips inserted twice and songs that we had specifically requested not to have. Although the final edit was of a decent quality, it was not at all what we had in mind and had discussed with the team prior to even signing with them. Nobody should be treated the way we were on the wedding day. Condescending, told we didn't know how to be candid, made fun of etc. Our family overheard the team speaking to us on numerous occasions and were shocked with their behaviour. We wish we had just lost the money and gone with someone else. Overall, an incredibly disappointing experience, where they only seem to value celebrity clients(a certain team member was flaunting their clients in an effort to diminish our wedding). We would not recommend this company to anyone who wishes to have a peaceful and positive wedding process.
