HG Photos & Gifts

Very attentive and knowledgeable service. Small space. It may not look like much but the finish is excellent. Attention to detail, before and after the photograph is taken is quite surprising. Incredibly detailed much more than I expected. Good value for money. A very interesting person to speak to although not everyone values that. It certainly makes the experience more fun. I can certainly recommend Hitesh.

Absolutely disgusting service, very rude man that works there. I went for a passport picture and the man started editing my pictures making my eyebrows heavier, making my lips bright pink and made me very fair skinned I asked him to not do any of that and leave it as the original photo. I paid and he printed them out when I had a look at the picture it was extremely pixelated and didn’t meet the standards I told him it was extremely pixelated and he told me that it will be fine and that he’s been doing this for 38 years, After going home and looking at the pictures properly, I realised The other three copies had a yellow line going across them so I went back and told him I would like a refund as the pictures didn’t meet the standards and wouldn’t be Accepted and are also damaged, he started raising his voice shouting at me He told me that I’m a woman and that he’s got a wife and that we don’t understand anything and we just talk for no reason he was Extremely rude and vulgar and when I told him I will be giving him a bad review he said I’ve been doing this longer than you’ve been alive And continued to shout and be very rude and sexist as I left the shop. There is a Kodak Down the road where the service is much better, the prints are top-quality and is also cheap then this scamming man.

Could not have imagined a better experience, especially for a first time experience with HG Photos. A genuinely pleasant interaction beyond just the business, a place where you feel welcomed and valued. I went to request a passport-size print for a picture I already had, and the quality of the overall print and the phenomenal editing skills (which were offered to me complimentary without any extra cost as a first time customer) alongwith the genuineness of the entire interaction is what makes this my go-to place for all my imaging and printing needs from now on. Highly recommended.

I visited HG Photo Shop today after finding it on Google. I needed a specific photo size that I couldn’t find in my local area. My experience was very good. The photographer is very skilled, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended for passport, corporate, or any photo services. 👍📸
