James Fletcher Marquees

We needed event marquees for our annual Whitley Bay Carnival at very short notice and our needs changed several times in the few weeks running up to the event on the busy late May bank holiday. I am sure we were nightmare customers. James Fletcher Marquees staff from initial telephone calls to delivery could not have been more accommodating and responsive. The install and get out had to be achieved in a very tight time frame on a busy public site with some last minute changes. The team were all patient and polite in trying circumstances and it all went smoothly. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

This was our first time using James Fletcher Marquees for a summer event in Newcastle, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The whole team was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process, making everything so easy and stress-free. The most perfect marquee for my wedding last weekend at the family farm local to Fletchers head quarters- very professional and personal team of people. Can’t recommend James Fletchers marquees enough- Peter was essential in helping me organise all items for the marquee - giving helpful recommendations even ringing me a few days before the wedding to offer me brand new chairs which had just come in as were more in-keeping with my rustic farm theme. Can’t beat that level of service! Nothing was a hassle to any of the staff and they are 100% committed to working with you to create the perfect venue. The set up team were amazing so friendly and efficient! 11/10 service! Can’t thank the entire team enough for helping make my wedding so special! No one else I’d look to book a marque and all the furnishings, the best team around 5 star every time
