Riverside Inn Saltford

Stopped for some food, absolutely fantastic! The pizzas were fabulous, very nice base, with generous toppings. I'd recommend the one with brie and bacon. Sweet chill chicken fries were also great! Amazing view too, which always helps.

Absolutely lovely location. We haven't been here for year's. We were very impressed. The outside space facing the river was lovely and covered so no hunting around for a shade. And very dog friendly. Ordered 2 meals and the portions were very generous. Good value for money. Would highly recommend

Thank you to Holly and her team at the Riverside for the help you gave me in arranging the wake for my dad’s funeral. From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully organised. The buffet was excellent. The room was a prefect size with plenty of seating and tables and air conditioned (very welcome on one of the hottest days of the year) . Bar service was great. Lovely venue with beautiful views of the river. Thank you again.

We had booked for our stepmothers birthday, the views and staff were wonderful, but we have to give a special shout out to the pizza and chef! The family all had a different one and each of them were perfect! Absolutely delicious, would visit again just for the pizza 🙂

I booked the Riverside Inn for a celebratory lunch for myself and 12 colleagues. The view is perfect, lovely and relaxing next to the river. The large shady outside area for us was also brilliant, after a long walk on the cycle path, we needed shade! And bonus for all the water refill points, loved that. Holly was super helpful as we have some food intolerances in our group and she gave us an updated menu. The food was tasty, freshly cooked to order, good size portions, I had scampi and it was delish. Jensen was great at serving and looking after us, thank you Holly and Jensen, we really enjoyed our visit and hope to come again soon

DO NOT go to this pub, their car park is a complete scam. 5 years ago I received a parking ticket, as we didn’t know we were supposed to enter our Reg into a machine inside the pub. This was in 2021 during Covid so we ordered our drinks in the pub garden, served by a waitress and never went inside the pub where the machine was. The pub told me to send my drinks receipt to ParkingEye, which I did and they appeared to ignore it. I didn’t hear much from them after and then suddenly now 5 years later they have sent me a court money claim of £330 with the threat of a CCJ. I called the pub this week and they were very unhelpful and didn’t offer any help or advice. It’s probable the pub is profiting from this cowboy ParkingEye company at the expense of their customers, such an awful experience and a terrible way to treat their customers. £330 parking for choosing to have some drinks at their pub, shocking ** In response to the manager’s comment, why would you allow a company to manage your car park and not take a cut of the profit? Also, I followed your instructions to send ParkingEye a copy of my receipt, which has resulted in this court money claim 5 years later. I will be defending my case and taking legal advice. These parking companies are unlawful and use any dirty tricks they can to scam and steal from people, it’s an embarrassment to your business that you allow them to manage your car park
