The area around is very pleasant. The park is very good place for families and kids. On couple of occasions I stopp for a quick lunch during bike rides with a friend but spent few hours in the park.

Lovely friendly atmosphere reasonably priced. Great artists, good night out. Every 2nd Friday of the month. Licenced bar homemade snacks. Good value for money.

What does it mean to "review" something which is unique? "Darling, shall we visit the pyramids at Giza, or the Eiffel tower?" "Dunno babes, let's see how Google users rate them, and choose that way." Well, as far as I know there is no other community hall in Lavant. But insofar as it means anything: I've been to a lot of village halls in Sussex — like, actually a lot — and this is as charming as any I've seen, a sound building on a lovely field which I think is used for bowls and probably cricket and football too. Also, I went there in wonderful company and perfect weather which I suppose I can't ascribe to the venue itself.

We love Lavant Memorial Hall. We had our son's birthday here - there was more than enough room for 30 or so kids running around. Good kitchen facilities also. The addition if the field outside is great if you need to let off some steam! Highly recommended.

This is a hall I've been in and out of for over twenty years. All sorts of functions and events. What I like about this hall is it hasn't been ruined by some Muppet painting it grey and trying to modernize it into a complete bland mess. This hall still has old fashioned charm and character which hasn't been chucked in a skip like so many others. A good size stage, plenty of power points and very easy load in and out access. Overall this is one of my favourite halls to work in. Recommended by Atlantic Sound DJ services.

Tony the hall caretaker is such a sweet man, he was very friendly. Jennie the booking secretary is very organised and gets back to you quickly. We had our wedding reception here and it such a beautiful location. The hall is a great size and has a stage for us the DJ sat on there.
