The Beaverwood

Choosing The Beaverwood was the best decision we made for our wedding. Lisa and Ellie are absolute stars; they took all the pressure off us so we could truly enjoy our ceremony. They were incredibly flexible and willing to adjust every detail to ensure everything was perfect for us. Throughout the planning, they were always ready to jump on a phone call or meet us on-site to discuss adjustments or provide creative suggestions that added such special touches to our day. They were also fantastic at suggesting recommended vendors for catering, production, and photography, which made the whole process so much easier. The venue itself is a hidden gem—it felt like a dream in the sun, and the staff's attention to detail is unmatched. Even our guests commented on how helpful and kind the bar team was. You won't find a more beautiful venue in the London area for such a reasonable price. Thank you, Lisa, Ellie, and the whole team, for making the start of our married life so special

I booked The Beaverwood for my daughter's 18th birthday party. From the viewing to the day, everything was seemless, lots of communication and everything was detailed. Lisa and Ellie made the day go smoothly and I'd also like to thank the event day manager. Everyone from the bar staff to the security were professional and friendly. The venue was perfect for our event and we had an amazing party! Thank you! 100% recommended!

We held a blessing here followed by a party and we had such a brilliant experience. Lisa and Dash were fantastic, they were easy to get hold of and on hand for questions and queries. They were able to accommodate changes and helped with a last minute requirement for more chairs. They organised all the setting up and all the suppliers for us so everything felt stress free! We had the most amazing party and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Great venue for live events. Not too big, not overpriced, good staff.

I've lived in the area (10 minute drive) for years but didn't know this place existed until recently. Deserves to be more widely known. Marquee-based events venue (I think the original venue was demolished?) with good-sized grounds. Really decent tribute bands regularly on show. Very nice pizzas available during happy hour before the shows. Parking lot can get busy but there is some free on street parking.

Accommodating to begin with but like a lot of venues once the night starts coming to an end they start to rush you out. One of the managers instead of asking what time we are finishing which he already knew came over and asked when are you gonna turn the music off? Not can we turn it down some more or is this the last song he said when are you gonna turn it down with abit of attitude in which I told him you don't need to have an attitude you can see me packing up (I was doing one speaker at a time so the people tidying had background music as I also packed up. He then proceeded to call me an idiot and repeated it three times and banned me from the venue. All he had to do was ask is this the last song if he had eyes he coulda seen I was already packing up. He then hid once the guest heard him which tells me he knows he was in the wrong.

What a great venue, with polite, friendly and very efficient staff. I'll ne back!
