Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, and the entire experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and perfect for our family. A special thank you to the reception team specially Shivi and Khurram, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help with every request truly stood out. . We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay.

His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the whole event stress-free and enjoyable. The food was excellent, the staff and waiters were friendly and attentive, the stage setup looked fantastic, and the DJ kept the atmosphere lively throughout the celebration. Parking was convenient and well organised, which made things much easier for our guests. Every aspect of the wedding was handled to a very high standard, and we received so many compliments from family and friends. Thank you to Farhan and the entire Grand Sapphire team for helping create such a memorable and perfect day. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a special event.

We came to this hotel in an emergency after other accommodation fell through and were greeted by Zulaid. He had outstanding customer service and was more than happy to help and was a pleasure to talk to. The room itself is good we got the double room. Location isn’t bad, 10min walk to bus station. The free breakfast was good and a special thanks to the breakfast staff as they were constantly on top of it.

We recently held my nephew's wedding at Shadi Banqueting Hall and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The venue looked beautiful, was well organised, and provided a great atmosphere for our special day. Amazing and i had to book this last minute as we couldn't find any other room availability. The room was amazing standards and had all the essentials. No dust or anything, everything was neat and tidy. Staff were really polite and welcoming too. Additionally, the car parking spaces are free and they have loads of spaces to park around the hotel. Would definitely come here again. Thank you so much.
