Dalswinton Village Hall

Dalswinton Mill Garden, a lovely little gem of a garden, opened for Scotland garden scheme. Attractive grounds from the moment you go down the steps, old water mill wheel,beautiful river running through the grounds. Crossing the cute bridge into the garden with little quirky objects popping up as you adventure around,from old stone building to carved trees.

beautiful Hall and stunning grounds for a function

We had our wedding reception here in December 2019. The hall was the perfect venue for us. It was cosy and had a really nice atmosphere. All our guests commented on what a lovely venue it was. The lights and Christmas decorations meant we didn't have to do a lot in terms of decorating. Jackie was absolutely wonderful! She was so easy to work with and went above an beyond to answer our questions and made sure everything was right for us on the night. This was enormously helpful as we planned the wedding from our home in Australia. She helped us out so much in the lead up, on the night as well as the clean up. Nothing seemed too hard for her and no question too silly. We would highly recommend this as a wedding venue.

I was at a concert in the hall and it was lovely. Really nice atmosphere with the twinkling lights and the Dalgarnos put on a great performance. The addition of a spacious car park makes a big difference too. I would definitely recommend it.

The hall is beautiful and well appointed. The committee are very attentive and thoughtful.

I attended the Halloween/Bonfire night recently at the hall and had a brilliant time. The hall looks great these days and the location is lovely.

Lovely little place to organise parties, meetings and weddings. Already decorated room with chimney, lights, tables and chairs.
