We stayed the night in the hotel and had the cooked breakfast in the morning. It was a in a great location with in walking distance of the ice rink and shopping. The hotel itself has so much character and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection.

We hosted a hen party at Edenbank at the weekend, and can honestly say they were absolutely fantastic. Donna has been so helpful throughout the entire process, the bar staff were absolutely fab and every staff member was so kind and accommodating (and a great laugh!) The buffet was also amazing I can't stop thinking about the sliders 🤣🤣 Would 100% recommend and hope to book again for future events 🥰

Absolute hidden gem sitting quietly near Dumfries town centre . Staff extremely helpful and pleasant who go out their way to ensure your stay is perfect. Food is delicious and freshly prepared. Hotel is set in a Victorian large house and retains many features. Parking and beer garden to rear . Can't thank staff and Management enough .

Was refused to use the bathroom on site by what looked the be some sort of manager, who appeared to take pleasure in denying me this common courtesy. Truly appalling as I work outdoors across the country and have never once been denied use of the bathroom by any other establishment. It may also be relevant that my male colleague was accepted entry to the bathrooms mere minutes before by the lovely barmaid. This may or may not give an indication of what sort of man runs this establishment, to which the staff may be unfortunate enough to work with? Certainly wouldn’t consider a stay here on my next work trip.
