Stayed a couple of days. The service and hotel was one of the best we’ve stayed in. There was friendly helpful but not overly service throughout our visit. We were in new accessible suite. The room was beautifully decorated as was the rest of the hotel. I had a facial which was done in our room as the woodland retreat not accessible for my wheelchair. Rebecca who did the facial was so lovely and I had a great experience. The new Garden room restaurant is beautifully decorated and food was good. We’ve had better steaks but this was just a small gripe in an other wards brilliant stay. Breakfasts were great too. My husband had creme brulee porridge which he said was best porridge he had had ever! It’s not cheap but it’s worth spending the money for a quality experience.

We had afternoon tea in the Glasshouse. Food was beautifully presented and so tasty. The staff were so very attentive and informative. The only thing that could have bettered it was if I had got to meet Andy!

One of the best places we ever stayed. Great hotel and beautiful grounds. We couldn’t find a flaw in this place. The staff is super friendly and they try their best to do whatever you want or need.They’ve made my birthday a very special day. Thank you Cromlix.

We didn't stay, just visited for afternoon tea. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff- one didn't know much about the food or drinks but was eager to please. Delicious food, fantastic choice, generous portions, quick service, creative menu-a great way to spend a rainy Scottish summer Sunday.
