We honestly can’t thank the team at Arta enough for the most incredible wedding day. From start to finish, everything was completely stress-free, and that was all down to Rebecca. She was absolutely phenomenal. We genuinely felt like we didn’t have to do a thing because Rebecca had everything covered. She was running around making sure everything was perfect, checking on us constantly and somehow managing a million things at once. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better, and we’ve come away feeling like we’ve made a friend for life. ❤️ Stephen and Jonathan, our MCs, were also absolutely brilliant. Both total characters who kept everything running smoothly and made the whole day so enjoyable. And the venue itself… what a hidden gem! It’s absolutely beautiful, the food was extraordinary and for what you get, the price is honestly a steal. We loved every single minute of having our wedding at Arta. If you ever get the chance to get married here, DO IT! You won’t regret it. We couldn’t recommend Arta, Rebecca, Stephen and Jonathan highly enough. They gave us a day we’ll never forget. ❤️

Great night. Friendly and helpful staff. The central space didn't really give a lot of room to join in with all the ceilidh dances but was a great atmosphere and live music downstairs after midnight was good. The petal drop at 11pm was lovely as well

Gorgeous place! It is decorated so well and feels very warm. Its a huge space too so great for events. We went to the kids christmas party and it was brilliant! The food was fantastic, lots of space and a really good vibe.

We booked a large party for cocktail making and a pre order set meal. We had also put extra money behind the bar for drinks. In all we spent nearly £1500. For this money we had disgusting rude and condescending service. There was nothing fun or entertaining about the cocktail class no showmanship just military style instructions. And fyi they all tasted disgusting as they chose the cocktail too. The ladies toilets were disgusting. In each cubicle was the thickest layer of stour the floor and sink all cover in wetness and hair. And this was at 5;30pm I can only imagine what it was going to look like later ...... We were then moved upstairs for food, to which we were then forgotten about even though it had all been pre ordered. We had to chase our food over seven times before the finally started bringing it out but not all together no..... Mine and two others starters can put after everyone else had finished theirs and all I had order was sliced tomatoes and mozzarella not difficult. The main was inedible due to being far too spicy. So we told them not to bother bringing the dessert. Over all a terrible and disgusting experience and we will never be back!!!!!!!

Went to see Musical Night, Performance was 1st Class/Exemplary, Bar Staff very helpful as we ordered a drink not on the menu and they went out their way to get the ingredients that weren't in the bar and make it, The Food was given with no choice of what we were getting and one of the dessert courses was not received. Venue was great overall except the Chairs were uncomfortably small and Tables were way too close together. Overall highly recommend just for the act they really got the audience going and made the night magical ✨️

We booked Arta 18 months before our wedding and Arta were amazing all through that time Frequent check ins, meetings and a constant open dialogue made sure that everything we wanted was in place The day itself was amazing, everyone had a wonderful time, Steven and his team were great the whole day and when a small disaster happened (the fault was on our end) a staff member went into the city centre to get a fix for us If you are booking a wedding I'd say book with Arta
