Ashorne Hill

I was really disappointed with my stay. The restaurant was closed, apparently reserved only for people attending conferences during the day, which wasn’t made clear when booking. The food options were ok but the pizza I chose turned out to be a basic frozen Chicago Town pizza. I was given a room in the quad, which unfortunately felt more like an old university dorm or school boarding room than a hotel. The room was uncomfortably hot, and there were a few dead flies in the light fitting, which didn’t leave a great impression. It’s a real shame because the main building and grounds look grand and inviting, and the photos online give the impression of a much higher standard. Sadly, the reality didn’t match the pictures or expectations.

Amazing food, picturesque location with beautiful sunsets. Great training sessions - well organised. Polite and sweet trainers and staff. 11/10 would recommend.

Absolutely stunning hotel - a real gem this one! Staff were polite and friendly and very helpful. Rooms were lovely - clean and tidy. Bed was a little uncomfortable but thats my personal taste! Quiet in corridors so that was nice 👍 Breakfast was delicious and hot and plenty of it! And they also gave me a take away box for some pastries for the day 🥰 The bar area was beautiful and spacious and very welcoming 👍 Overall this is a superb hotel to stay at in a beautiful location - really loved staying there!

We have just had an amazing night here. Very clean, bed was comfortable, even the pillows. Room was lovely and cool. Could not hear other guests. Friendly staff. Food was good in the evening, breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely return.

Lovely hotel and conference centre. Fantastic service. Amazing food.

Great space for events. Been coming here for a few years for events and the reception, food and venue are always excellent.
