The Terrace

We had an excellent experience hosting our industry event for the first time in Leeds. The Terrace venue is in a great location and is very modern, stylish and clean. Having direct access to the Rooftop Terrace from our Skyline room was also a very nice bonus, which served well for our guests. Additionally, the venue staff were friendly, professional and courteous. In particular, Macy has been excellent throughout our planning and booking process. She has been extremely responsive to all enquiries and helpful throughout the process, she was also very welcoming, polite and helpful on the day.

We recently held our Summer Gathering at The Terrace in Leeds - this is a flagship event that we've started to run each year for our dealer partners. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. In the lead-up to the event, Macy and Dora were incredibly helpful. Their communication was excellent - always quick to respond, and if there was ever something they weren’t immediately sure about, they would go out of their way to find the answer and come back to us promptly. That proactive approach made the planning process feel seamless and well-supported. On the day itself, their support was just as strong. They asked if we needed help setting anything up, and when the evening came, they kindly assisted with checking guests in on arrival, which made a real difference. It allowed our team to fully engage with attendees and focus on networking/delivering the event, rather than being tied up with registrations. Post-event support was also much appreciated. We were able to return the following morning to take everything down and clear up, which made the wrap-up process far easier for our team. Overall, The Terrace was a brilliant venue with a team that genuinely goes above and beyond - we'd gladly work with them again in the future. We’d also highly recommend it for events - the space itself is fantastic and would have been even better had the weather been nicer!

What a great venue The Terrace was for our recent team offsite. Everything had a really new feel and the space including the outdoor terrace was perfect for our day. The lunch was also really good which was provided by the inhouse caterers. I would 100% recommend the space and any of the rooms for your next event, we'll certainly be using it again.

From the very beginning, Macy and Dora were absolutely fantastic. They made the planning process seamless, were incredibly responsive to our requests, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. On the evening itself, they were attentive, professional and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. The venue itself was perfect. We made great use of both the breakout room, where guests were welcomed with drinks and refreshments before the presentation, and the stunning rooftop terrace, which provided a relaxed space for guests to network and continue conversations after the event.
