Conrad London St. James

I picked this hotel based mostly on location. It is close, but not too close, to many attractions, the Tube station (right across the street) and the Big Bus stop that we had tickets for. We were pleasantly surprised when it was just a wonderful place to stay. Staff is so friendly and professional. They made us feel very welcome. Our room was lovely and well appointed and so comfortable. They have an executive lounge, daily breakfast buffet, a pub and a restaurant. The shower is luxurious or you can have a good bath. Do be very careful in the tub. It has high sides and a rounded and very slippery bottom. I'm just not accustomed to that. Others might find it just fine. The bath towels are wonderful! They also provide robes and slippers. It's just really nice.

On our second trip to London we chose to stay again at the Conrad London St. James. It lived up to our memories of a wonderful place to be will exploring London. Located between Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace, with an underground station across the street kakes it perfect for our style of travel. Every staff member from the front desk to the doormen and bellmen went out of their way to make things smooth and perfect. A special mention of Amy and her staff at breakfast - wonderful! Everyone was interested in what we were doing and how we were enjoying ourselves. That’s professional and personal service. Definitely will be here on our next trip!

Excellent London hotel. A bit more on the expensive side but worth it. From the moment you walk in they treat you like family.....The Royal family.... very friendly team. Worked hard to get my family our room early as our flight arrived mid morning. So appreciative of them for that. Room was fantastic larger than I anticipated and plenty of storage for our clothes and suitcases. Beds were supwr comfortable. They have a nice bar and excellent restaurant. Highly recommend hotel

We stayed one night at the Conrad St James and could not have been more pleased. The front desk and concierge were extremely helpful upon check in and check out. They accommodated an early check in so that we could enjoy our day around London. The location was great for walking to some of the most popular attractions throughout London city center. The rooms were clean and we were provided with excellent amenities such as Byredo body products, Dyson hairdryer, etc. The executive lounge had everything and more that you could need. Overall, 5 star experience.

I had a very good experience at the Conrad Hotel during my stay and training sessions. The facilities and overall environment were excellent and everything was well organised. A special thank you to John for his outstanding support and hospitality throughout the week. He was always helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. His attention to detail and the way he looked after us genuinely made a difference and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Thank you again for the excellent service. Highly recommended.

Conrad St James is an exceptional Hotel both for its location and convenience in Central London and for the excellent quality of their services. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and spacious and the staff did everything they could to ensure we had a special stay. The chocolate cake and sparking wine were a very appreciated touch for our anniversary weekend. We will return to Conrad for sure and we both wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you to all the very hard working staff for your professionalism, care and smiles- people really do make a place exceptional. Thank you!
