Redmond Community Centre

Visited the centre for a family event. Very specious hall. It’s has large kitchen area for catering, prayer room ect. Front of the centre has a small playground for children. A big lake nearby makes the view charming.

Great location for events, like wedding receptions or birthday parties.

Warm, welcoming and nestled in the wetlands. Gorgeous place with loads of information and local activities. Friendly staff and great amenities, love the garden.

This place has much to recommend it. Friendly and helpful staff. Good kitchen. Very clean toilets. BUT it has two flaws. 1. No parking whatsoever for visitors. 2. A major trip hazard just outside the main entrance. A tapering slope crosses the frontage a few feet beyond the entrance. One of our party, a lady over 70, had a serious fall because of this. She did not have to go to A&E, but she is badly bruised today. This trip hazard is badly lit, and has no warning sign!

The center is a really great place for different activities and the area around it is really beautiful
