Saray banqueting suite

Had my wedding event in the hall. Hall was big enough for at least 400 people. Great prices and even better decor options. Management was so helpful in helping set up the hall and making sure everything was perfect. Also security was very welcoming to all my guests. Will definitely book again for parties and events. Thankyou to Saray team for everything.

Extremely friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile. Security team was great. The venue itself was stunning, spacious, beautifully arranged, they decorated the venue amazingly and followed all instructions. The food and cake was beautifully catered by Saray. Everyone had a fantastic time, and we were blown away by the number of compliments we received about the space and the atmosphere. The team was incredibly accommodating, offering multiple viewings and constant support throughout the planning process. Only room for improvement was the AC wasn’t strong enough. It was a very hot day and the room was a bit too hot but it didn’t ruin the moment. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Saray Banqueting Suite! Thank you Erkan. Many thanks, Andre & Rebekah

The hall itself was nice and well presented, but unfortunately the catering was absolutely horrible. Food was served cold, poorly prepared, and completely unacceptable for a wedding. Many guests were disappointed and some did not eat at all. The catering staff were unprofessional, disorganised, and dismissive when concerns were raised. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the issues, and no accountability from management. A special family occasion was spoiled by terrible food and poor service. A nice-looking hall means nothing when the catering ruins an important event. I would strongly warn others to think very carefully before booking this venue.

Saray Wedding Hall is one of the best venues in the area. The staff is very informative and helpful, and the interior is both lush and modern, making it a perfect setting for special occasions. Parking: There is convenient parking available around the area, making it easy for guests to attend without hassle. Highly recommend calling in to arrange a tour of the hall you’ll be impressed by both the space and the great packages they have on offer.

I had really good time in Saray wedding hall recently. It was pleasant experience and smooth evening. All the team members were very friendly and polite. Ercan and Madjid really always ready to help even with small things. Customer oriented approach makes big difference. They were always willing to give us the best service to make our event unique and unforgettable. Definitely recommend them for yr event. ☺️🥳🤩

Lovely venue. Terrible parking. There is a lift but it's not well sign posted. On the way out it was a long walk through the shopping centre to the lift. We had to ask security for the way out as again not signed. Not easy for a 90yr old. Alternative was 3 flights of stairs.
