Staybridge Suites London - Vauxhall, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here for seven nights and it was one of the better long-stay options in central London. The area is generally quiet and family friendly. Room was spacious and clean with a good kitchenette. Sofa bed was a bit firm but an extra duvet sorted it. Pantry options were good and they offer free hot drinks and laundry service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Solid choice for longer stays. Would stay again.

The service from all members of staff was excellent from start to finish. My best friend and I were staying to celebrate her birthday, and we had a dinner reservation at The Shard, which was conveniently located just 15 minutes away. Prior to check-in, I contacted the hotel to ask whether they might be able to do something special for her birthday. To our delight, they had decorated the room and left some lovely treats for us. As an added bonus, we were even welcomed with a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival! The surrounding area was calm and peaceful, with very little traffic or noise. The hotel itself was even more tranquil and the interior was very modern, making our stay all the more enjoyable. A special thank you to Najwa and the entire Vauxhall team for making our stay so memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is definitely worth a visit.

Love, love, love this place. The staff are so nice and just incredible. The rooms are perfect too. You can't go wrong. It's quiet and right down the road from The Black Dog a restaurant famous for allegedly inspiring the song written by Taylor Swift. The food there is great too and you can order and have it sent delivered which is great if you’re jet lagged and don’t want to track food down. The breakfast? Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had for a hotel and it changes daily with many options. This location is like a 20 minute ridge to the busier parts of London like Buckingham Palace. It’s to me a perfect balance. You’re also not a far walk to the Vauxhall tube. So, I say overall its location is pretty great unless you want to be in the direct heart then this one might not be your immediate ‘yes’. Want a bit of distance and quiet then definitely book here!

Here’s a review for Staybridge Suites: My recent stay at Staybridge Suites was truly perfect from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff — especially Alexandra — made me feel right at home with her warm, attentive service and genuine hospitality. The location was ideal, placing us within easy reach of everything we needed, making it a convenient choice whether traveling for business or leisure. One of the standout perks was the free laundry facilities, which made an extended stay incredibly stress-free and practical. Breakfast was decent and well-rounded, offering a solid variety of options to fuel the day ahead. The overall atmosphere of the property was welcoming and comfortable, and every aspect of the stay was handled with care. I would highly recommend Staybridge Suites to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience — I will absolutely be returning! Just amazing social hour - choices of snacks, wine and beer
