The Mill (Community Centre)

What a find - I’m so glad I found this place to bring my 1 year old. It’s fully accessible with baby change facilities and a fantastic little playroom that my daughter enjoyed crawling around and exploring. So many toys and books. I’ll definitely be back!

This community centre is a fantastic meeting hub for families, children, elders, and everyone in the core of Walthamstow! I run my Musicadoo classes in the Garden room of the Mill, being so bright and cosy, is it the perfect venue to host it, as you can see in these pictures. The centre also have a free library, a play room, a large living room, a hall, and very friendly staff! It is a place where you can feel at home. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of hiring The Mill in Walthamstow for my weekly Bollywood fitness classes from September 2024 to March 2025, and I can’t recommend it enough! The venue is a fantastic community space—warm, inviting, and perfect for a variety of activities. The staff members are incredibly welcoming, always ready to support hirers and ensure everything runs smoothly. The Mill offers a wonderful, well-maintained space with a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Fabulous venue. Once again used the Mill for my group coaching workshop. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. If you are running an event that is inclusive and lends itself to creativity this is place for you.
