We recently had our wedding at Shabnam Venue, and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a great place for hosting special events. The team did an excellent job arranging the hall neatly and ensuring everything was ready on time. Their professionalism and attention to detail helped the event run smoothly, allowing us and our guests to enjoy the celebration without any worries. We sincerely thank the entire team at Shabnam Venue for their support and hospitality. Beautiful venue! I had my 50th birthday celebration there. Very bright lighting and all the pictures came out beautiful. We all had a good time and able to use the outside space as well. Weldone all the staff team 🤩😍

Shabnam Venue is a stunning and elegant location perfect for celebrating all types of occasions. I celebrated my 50th birthday there, and the venue added a sophisticated touch to the event. The administrator was very helpful and supported me throughout the planning. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I would choose it again and again.

I booked Shabnam Venue for my father's surprise 60th birthday on 27 June 2026 after planning this event for months. Sadly, this venue caused unnecessary stress on what should have been one of the happiest days for our family. We arrived at 9am expecting a clean, prepared venue. Instead, the floor was dirty and sticky, the hall still contained furniture and equipment that should have been removed before we arrived, and my family had to clear the room ourselves before we could even start decorating. The tablecloths provided were stained and marked (I have photos), and the receptionist repeatedly insisted she had given us enough tablecloths without even counting them. We kept explaining that several tables were still uncovered, but instead of helping, she became dismissive and acted as though we were inconveniencing her. When our guest numbers increased slightly, we politely requested three additional tables with chairs and were charged an extra £500, which felt completely unreasonable. I also paid £500 for the full stage setup, including the arches and sofa. I have the WhatsApp messages confirming this and proof of payment. The sofa we received looked nothing like the one advertised. It was dirty, worn and in such poor condition that we had to cover the entire sofa ourselves before guests arrived. The most upsetting part was how we were treated. After raising genuine concerns, the owner repeatedly referred to us as "you people." When I asked what she meant, I understood her response to be referring to us as Black people before accusing us of abusing and ruining her business. I found those comments deeply offensive and discriminatory. No customer should be treated like that for raising legitimate concerns. There were also further issues throughout the day, including no running water in the kitchen, dirt underneath the catering area when tables were moved, and staff making us feel rushed to leave before our booking had even ended. One member of staff even told us to hurry up and leave while we were still packing. Thankfully, our decorators, caterers, family and friends managed to make the day special despite everything. However, we should never have had to spend the morning cleaning, covering stained items, dealing with unexpected charges and being spoken to with such disrespect. I have kept the contract, WhatsApp messages, proof of payment and photographs from the day, and I will let the evidence speak for itself. I would never recommend this venue for any special occasion.
