I stayed at the Antelope Hotel from Tuesday to Thursday and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a cosy, homely atmosphere which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. There was a good-sized desk, which was very useful for working, and the bed was soft and comfortable. Each guest was provided with two pillows, which was a nice touch. There was no air conditioning in the room, but the fan worked well and kept the room reasonably cool. Our windows faced the High Street, so it became quite noisy from around 7 a.m. onwards. The bathroom was excellent. The shower was particularly impressive, featuring a luxurious rainfall shower head as well as a separate handheld shower. There was also a hairdryer provided, which was convenient. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast. The food was very good, and it was extremely convenient to have an on-site restaurant where guests could enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. We stayed during the quieter part of the week, from Tuesday to Thursday, so we were not affected by the lively events and entertainment that are usually held from Thursday through to Sunday. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel comfortable, clean and welcoming.

Old hotel ao expect wonky floors and walls which i love. Adds character. Right near the quay , eaay parking in nearby Carpark. My 2nd time here - 1st one for a show at the lighthouse and today for Baiter park festival .Great service , amd bar and food downstairs x

Visiting the area and we popped in for lunch. We had chicken schnitzel and mixed grill. Both meals were delicious. Great staff, lovely atmosphere and plenty of room between tables so you are not squished in. Will go again if in the area

Fantastic experience. Wonderful attentive staff, both from the arrival to the bar staff. The room was very big with all amenities included. The food too matched the staff and hotel, excellent. We parked in the high street car park (€2.50 for the night; 18:00-08:00).
